Chloe went completely above and beyond for me. She was a rock star on Wednesday, ( this whole week actually) when she stepped in and turned what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one. Cheryl is a total rock star as well. She's such a sweet gal, so bubbly and has that magnetic personality, she chatted up my husband and even got down and loved on our dog, giving Luna Snarf hugs and kisses and scratches. Both Chloe and Cheryl deserve special recognition, an award, or a very nice, expensive dinner from the company for their outstanding kindness and service. They have gained a customer for life!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and their staff. Living with a chronic illness can be overwhelming, and medications are not always affordable. The team here treated me with so much kindness and compassion while I am struggling to get a medication my doctor prescribed. Their willingness to go above and beyond for their patients truly meant the world to me. To be honest, I had been feeling very lost and discouraged, even questioning how much longer I could keep pushing through the challenges that come with chronic illness. Their kindness in that moment reminded me why I can’t give up. One day I hope to be in a position where I can help others who are struggling the way I have been. Sometimes the healthcare system can feel overwhelming and lonely, but the compassion shown to me here reminded me that there are still incredible people who genuinely care about their patients. “I was only in Spokane to pick up some items for a logistics company going to SD. After stoping at 4 different places including a grocery store this was the ONLY place that allowed me to use their restroom!

Check in staff is always in a good mood, never harassed and extremely respectful to their patients. I have not seen or accidentally overheard any staff member violate HIPPA! “Rosaures is a good store it's friendly cashier's and for the most part it's decent priced and it's easy to get to what you need in wide enough iseles, parking is good and there's always good enough parking and there is a post office in there as well”

“Just a note . . . This location is the Yoke's Headquarters, not an actual grocery store. I stopped due to the Yelp entry and all I saw was a Exxon/Quickstop and some sore of building that looked like a Doctors complex. The sign near the intersection clearly proclaimed "Yoke's Fresh Market". Finally I took a look at the business building next to the Quickstop and saw a Yoke's insignia on one window. Aha! I looked back at the big sign and realized the whole sign was dedicated to Yoke's and was not a list of businesses on the property. Well, it was early . . .”
“Standard Safeway, everything located in the same places throughout the store which is a HUGE plus. Prices are average but sales are often very good. I highly recommend using their mobile app to take advantage of their sales and especially their digital coupons. Produce prices are kinda high, but sales bring the prices down to normal.”

“All Right, All Right! I just got off the phone, after 20 minutes, with Jimena Chas Clinic PHONE CARE. I had some issues. Jimena heard me out... Jimena did the research, found the answers I needed, by talking to my providers. Sure, it took 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes saved me hours of running around. When Jimena needed to put me on hold, she told me why I was being put on hold. Jimena was never short or curt, never expressing any frustration over the next knot that I needed untangled. Jimena made me feel like my issues mattered to her and that I was not the problem. Jimena's patience is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. You call for a backup cashier when the line gets too long. Your cashews are always friendly, even under pressure. The store is always clean and well stocked with a wide variety. “I’ve been using this pharmacy since I moved to Mead almost 7 years ago and they have always been so helpful and gone above and beyond. I was having major issues with my PCP not getting things done in a timely manner for a medication that I cannot go without. Cami went out of her way to get it sorted out for me before I ran out of my meds. I could almost cry from happiness and relief. She is an absolute saint.
