“Love the general store, it's has a great centralized location and helpful employees and staff.I love to come here when I just need some quick random stuff. They've got a crazy mix of most things you could ever need without having to head to a dedicated hardware store.It's also got the benefit of having way more stuff than just hardware supplies. I have come here for fishing supplies, quick home repairs/fixes, auto supplies, and a few pieces of clothing. They actually have a fantastic carharrt selection.”

I it was a bummer to not be able to afford really Anything I needed but the four stars is for the very friendly respectful employee. It's nice to be treated like I am a valued customer instead of what happens at Walmart where you will be followed.. harassed.. lied too abused discriminated. I love delivery Walmart but customer service is most important because it's a humanity thing.. it's the principal .. it's so important to be kind and especially when that customer is your job security.. they are the whole reason you go to work to do such job. So it's a big deal and so thank you big lots. Sad I probably can't make it back to shop but it was still a great variety of potential super scores for many who can afford it.. enjoy it's worth the trip for sure. Ps I did get a huge tool box for a excellent discount so actually I did get my super score.:)”

I was immediately seen and was treated with such kindness and compassion. Dr. Moffat made sure I was given the right substitute when the pharmacy didn't have what was prescribed. If you're looking for an optometrist that truly cares, see Dr Moffat and his team. You won't be disappointed!”

“My 5 year old daughter had a sudden cough come on and I wanted to run and get her some meds so she could sleep. I checked hours and it said you close at 10pm. False!! when I got there it was 9:55 and the person at the door turned me away cause you were closed at 9:55. It would have taken me 1 minute to get the med and be gone. So I had to drive way further to get her medicine even though I made it ON TIME!!! DON'T SAY YOU CLOST AT 10 WHEN YOU DON'T CLOSE AT 10!!! I wasted valuable time at your store cause you lied online and said you close at 10 when you CLOSE AT 9:55!!!!”

“I just wanted to say that I switched pharmacies because there would be times my old pharmacy would tell me the script was ready and went to pick it up and they tell me they're out and need to wait 3 days for pick up. Walmart always calls and tells me if something is up and that they're doing their best to fill it as far as calling my Dr and giving me generic just to make sure I don't go without. They have been awesome and I truly appreciate the fact the actually care about their customers and go out of their way to call and let you know what's going on. I have been very happy with them recently and appreciate their hard work and keeping me in the loop.”

“The Target at 13724 E Sprague Ave Spokane, WA 99216 is always an excellent place to shop. I also appreciate a Starbucks located inside and a clean cart to hold my drink. This store is clean and all merchandise is neat and organized. The associates are polite, friendly and willing to help. The parking lot is also well maintained and plenty of pickup parking slots are provided. Absolutely one of my fave places to shop or browse.”
“Nordstrom is the home of some of the best premium lines of clothing in Spokane. For me, they are the home for Indochino and a great quality custom suit. I honestly never thought I'd be shopping at Nordy's, but when Joseph A Bank left, it was the perfect solution since Tailored Brands had only the Men's Wearhouse left and they are not exactly willing to have me as a customer (too bad as I might've been able to give them at least three suits ordered; however they were more interested in yelling at me, telling me to "get out!"). Nordstrom however treats me as if I am the only one coming in and they go above and beyond the normal amount of customer service to be sure I am taken care of and that I am overall satisfied with their help. In all cases, I am perfectly satisfied and happy with all the Indochino Style Guides (disguised as Nordstrom sales consultants) have done for me, especially Jackson Decker! When you get good help, you don't let go of them. Now, all that is left to say is what about formal wear (tuxedo shirts, bow ties, cufflinks and studs and cummerbunds) for Christmas? The fact is that I probably would come through the door of Nordstrom for anything I would need than anywhere else in Spokane because Nordstrom wouldn't try to sell me without giving me the best service possible. Oh, if only the other companies out there would study this company's model of operation to see what they are missing! They'd be surprised.”

“I was fortunate enough to have and appointment with Dr. Annie Wolff this morning. She is well beyond compare, a true professional. She worked within the confines of a less than sterling situation, I am deaf. I have been with this location for 10 plus years. I have had nothing but excellent experience with the entire staff. Dr. Wolff exceeds all expectations, is compassionate in her rendering of a dianosis and possible solutions, prescribing exceedingly well thought out prescriptions.I cannot give her, nor this location, a higher rating. If possible, I would.I am well beyond ten years with this location and have yet to experience anything negative.This location. The staff. Dr. Wolff herself is exactly what anyone could hope for in a quality location. Unfortunately, this is rare.”
