This shop, and its owner Jim, have continued to demonstrate high levels of integrity in all their dealings with me and my family. This is my go to automotive shop because of their integrity and their quality of work.
They are always professional, informative and kind. We got new tires through them and the truck started to pull to the left so they got us in the next day to give us an alignment for free! This was so helpful because we were headed on a road trip and needed to get this done. I'll definitely keep coming here.”

“I had a great experience and will be returning for anything my vehicle needs in the future.
For years I've been going to my dealership for regular check ups and to replace my tires, change my oil, etc. Not only were they overcharging me for this, they also missed that my alignment was off. If it weren't for one of the owners seeing my car parked and noticing my uneven tread and giving me his card I would still be driving a misaligned vehicle. They fixed everything in a matter of hours and also shuttled me back to my house while the repairs were going on!
This is a family owned business, better priced than their competition, that reliably and quickly fixes what you need. What more could anyone ask for?”

Garrick has been working on my cars over the years as well as a ton of friends and family that I've referred to them. I always tell people that he is the most reasonably priced and kind mechanic that I've ever worked with. He always is accommodating and tries to get me in as soon as possible and never nickel and dimes me or makes every issue seem detrimental. He's very thorough and truly just cares about the safety aspects and making sure that people can get their vehicles fixed with as little anxiety as possible, financially and otherwise.
I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, thank you guys for being awesome!”

“The 2 gentlemen were polite & professional. One gentleman went over all of the oil changing options with me, & explained them. They washed my windshield,, & filled my windshield fluid, with regular winshield fluid, along with checking all of my car's fluids. They filled all my tires, to the correct PSI. They were nice, polite, professional.”
“Giving these guys 10 stars and a big THANK YOU for taking care of My son so quickly this morning. He was driving back to West Side yesterday (Sunday) when his tire blew. Got the spare on and drove back to Spokane. With nothing opened, he had to wait until this morning when He called Perfection Tire. They got him in and out with 2 new tires in record time, reasonably priced and he says, super great & friendly service!!

Got some really nice used rims and new tires for my truck for a fair price, they did alignment same day, they fit perfect. Reliable honest fast service for an affordable price. Highly recommend. No point going anywhere else it’s a waste of time”
“Driving up division at 5 PM on a Friday, picked up a nail and could hear the air coming out of my tire, searched for closest tire place and Poor Boys was it. Looked closed at first, but the guy came out of the shop to help anyways, fixed the tire in less than 10 minutes and we were back on the road and when I asked what I owed him he said how about nothing. Thank you Poor Boys for making a stressful situation painless quick and easy.”
“Judd is an absolute stand up character. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else for anything Judd can provide. Brought my Camaro down after visiting his competitors… $550 per tire from other tire shops. Judd had mine INSTALLED for $180 and the job was done beautifully. You’re a fool if you go anywhere else.”
“It's really unfortunate that there are only two reviews on here for **** Boys and they are both negative. I've been taking my cars there for years. **** who runs the place has been around the block and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always goes the extra mile and gives me good information. He's the only mechanic I know that I trust completely.That said it's a small shop and always very busy. I've you need more done than tires **** is the guy to do the job. He'll be heavily booked so it's best to plan a date ahead of time.”

Additionally they balanced and rotated my tires for me and I have never felt my tires so smooth! I am done buying the cheap box store tires and letting the box store try to balance my tires. They had my tires so messed up I thought they were done for, now they feel like new, though they are quite worn. I will be getting my next set through Tire Rama!”

I visited this establishment to obtain a replacement tire. The staff demonstrated friendliness, expertise, and efficiency. Despite arriving thirty minutes before closing time, the tire replacement was completed swiftly. The provided tire was in excellent condition, appearing virtually new despite being labeled as used.
I intend to return to this establishment for future tire-related needs, whether it be for new tire purchases or replacements due to tire damage.”

Both times they communicated clearly with me about the problem and were able to finish the work on my car in the same day that I dropped it off. Staff is extremely welcoming and they do everything that they possibly can to help you out, while giving you a fair price at the same time. “I had such a fantastic experience at the downtown Spokane Les Schwab! I came in after my tire pressure light came on, just planning to have my tires checked. Not only did they address my tire pressure, but they also noticed a bulge in one of my tires and advised me to have it evaluated. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and they even managed to get me in for same-day service.
The tire I needed wasn’t in stock at their location, but they went above and beyond by shuttling one in from another store within just a few hours. To top it off, the replacement was completely covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires through Les Schwab.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. This place truly has it going on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tire service!”

“They did pretty average, didn’t strip my lug nuts, balanced the wheels nicely. However I have one complaint, I own a 2000 RAV4 which is a small SUV but it’s classified as a small truck. They torqued my wheels to 96 ft-lbs that is way too much that’s how you torque a Tacoma!! According to Toyota themselves the torque specification for my lug nuts is 76 ft-lbs! I’m hoping it was a typo.”
