“Brought my car here after it started making a weird wobble while driving. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions prior to me agreeing to any kind of service. The waiting area was clean and the service was completed quickly. I appreciate that they were willing to answer all of my (probably silly) questions because I don't know much about car problems. I never felt pressured to buy anything like I have at other shops before. I really appreciate the great customer service and I will definitely bring my car back if I ever need help again.”

“I called today, spoke with Justin, then drove my suv to them with my Tyre sensors and valve stems wherein within 30 mins. Matt started on my suv, removed and replaced two showing as faulty on infotainment console. Done within 1hr. Superb customer service, expert attention to detail on my high end vehicle. Another Justin helpful with discussing legal aspect of a previous tech with a different company, who told me after the fact he replaced valve stems. Worn out parts given back to me. Very pleased with everyone who worked with me and my vehicle! Thank you. Highly recommend ? Note - I did not experience sexism at all. They treated me as a knowledgeable human being and spoke kindly.”

“Was unable to get a tire due to having a fairly common or unique need. But the gentleman who helped me was very informative and talked me through what happened and what I needed. He even called a couple places to see if they had what I needed and got quotes from them. He sent me to someone nearby and they were able to help me.”
“Small shop but amazing service I will not go anywhere else anymore got my car in immediately on a Saturday service was quick and efficient also checked what other shop was telling me was wrong to make sure I didn't spend money I didn't have to they won't try to upsell u on anything u don't need I highly recommend this shop to anyone”

“Aaaaaaand here we go again. I've been there 3 times to take care of a rear wheel balance. They told me that I should replace my bent rim which I did and I still have a bouncing in the back at 60 miles an hour. I hope that they replaced the bad rim. Maybe I have the drum out of balance or a bad shock. The rear shocks were replaced 2 or 3 years ago. I don't know what's going on. It's irritating when you wait an hour each time only to have the same problem.”

“Today I went to tire Rama because my tire had a slow leak, but come to find out that I had a screw in my tire in the rim so it had to be replaced. I have an all wheel drive car so I had to replace all 4. Tire Rama went above and beyond to help me stay within my budget. They always take such great care of my vehicles.
