“They did pretty average, didn’t strip my lug nuts, balanced the wheels nicely. However I have one complaint, I own a 2000 RAV4 which is a small SUV but it’s classified as a small truck. They torqued my wheels to 96 ft-lbs that is way too much that’s how you torque a Tacoma!! According to Toyota themselves the torque specification for my lug nuts is 76 ft-lbs! I’m hoping it was a typo.”

“I had a great experience and will be returning for anything my vehicle needs in the future. For years I've been going to my dealership for regular check ups and to replace my tires, change my oil, etc. Not only were they overcharging me for this, they also missed that my alignment was off. If it weren't for one of the owners seeing my car parked and noticing my uneven tread and giving me his card I would still be driving a misaligned vehicle. They fixed everything in a matter of hours and also shuttled me back to my house while the repairs were going on! This is a family owned business, better priced than their competition, that reliably and quickly fixes what you need. What more could anyone ask for?”

“I love this place. I know little about cars and I have much anxiety about getting work done. I especially hate the feeling that I'm being told I need to have something done that I really don't, or could even put off for a little while, simply because I don't know better. I have been guilty of pushing oil charges way too long simply because I didn't want to deal with all of the upselling and the pressure. If you're at all like me, you know exactly what I'm talking about. So trust me that this is the place to go. Need an oil change? They will give you an oil change. And also not tell you that if you don't replace some fluid for a part you know nothing about, that your car will basically break down any minute. Need tires? They will give you tires based on the driving you tell them that you do. Engine light come on? They will tell you why and let you know if it's something you should do immediately because you're risking your life, or it's something you could wait another month to do. I've never been talked down to, I've never had to wait in a smelly waiting room for 4 hours when I was told it would only be 20 minutes, the prices are fair and often times less than I've paid anywhere else, and I always recommend to friends. Especially the ones who tell me about the same auto apprehensions I have. They've definitely made a customer for life of me! Ask for Garick, he's the best. Altho they are all great.”

Matt started on my suv, removed and replaced two showing as faulty on infotainment console. Done within 1hr. Superb customer service, expert attention to detail on my high end vehicle. Another Justin helpful with discussing legal aspect of a previous tech with a different company, who told me after the fact he replaced valve stems. Worn out parts given back to me. Very pleased with everyone who worked with me and my vehicle! Thank you. Highly recommend ? Note - I did not experience sexism at all.
