The gentleman who was the notary public performed his job with great professionalism . Earlier in the day I saw him be wonderful with a rather grumpy customer who I think was hard of hearing . He never got annoyed just good humored throughout the exchange wit the customer . A really lovely usps to visit here on Mercer island

Worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. They told us to use the self-return machine, which was completely fine. But after we put the label on the box, they then told us they don’t accept open boxes. I told him UPS has always provided this service, and once I doubled down, he reluctantly took the box and sealed it up.
I honestly believe they’re just trying to get customers to buy overpriced boxes and tape. I usually go to the one on Capitol Hill, and they always take my box and seal it up for me without a problem.

Their online hours for services are incorrect and they allow you to book services like notary when no one is actually there. This has happened twice many months apart.

The help and support that an employee here today gave us was amazing. We were needy, confused, and flustered trying to get a complex visa application packet sent to a consulate for my 69 year old mother. He was incredibly kind and patient with us. He made sure to understand what we needed and made sure we got what we needed.

I've always appreciated UPS and their staff. They are quick, efficient, and effective at communicating things, but today the Mercer Island, WA UPS went above and beyond. I needed to get a Statement of Consent for a US Passport notarized for my daughter (her dad can't come to the passport appointment) and their notary, Gurumoorthy, stayed 11 minutes after his shift was over to make sure it got done. My daughter's dad was running late because he was on a quick break from work and they didn't make me come back. They waited and they didn't have to. Thank you!!

Every bit of worth one star. I went to return a package and they wanted to charge $7 for a cardboard box. Pathetic price gouging at its finest.

Awful for customers....
Hours short and inconvenient - closes 5/530 and can't make it after work
Closed on days other UPS stores are open e.g. NYEve (it's not a holiday)
Owner won't install automatic door opener
But positive is the staff are friendly....
