I went in for a passport appointment today and Hein was amazing. Somehow while working the counter (mostly) alone, she managed to take our passport photos and process our paperwork - all while still assisting other customers in line. She even got us in early before our scheduled appt time. Thank you, Hein!

I was sending my passport and was not fully prepared. Hien set me up with the correct envelope and label, as well as having the correct information of address and money order amount. Byung was helpful in processing the money order, and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

What's the point of making an appointment if the only person running passport applications is going to be on break during your appointment? Not even a sign to indicate when they will return. Frustrating.

This is the epitome of a small town post office - the tight-knit team behind the counter takes accountability and ownership, making sure everybody is supported. We are residents and have come to depend on this branch. From handling complex processes to simple transactions, this team gets it done!

Don’t bother trying to get your fingerprints done here. They told me their fingerprint machine has been broken since October 2024 and gave me a handwritten note to prove it. If their machine has been broken for so long, why haven’t they fixed it? And if they can’t, why not update the USPS website to remove themselves from the list of fingerprint providers?

Long lines, they don't listen and over talk you you and can barely understand the worker's because all of them are from another country.

Do not get your passport here. They have one person providing this service and they take their breaks during scheduled appointment times. They aren’t able to tell you when they will return.

These people do not care at all - No fingerprinting service even though it is listed online. Drove 30 minutes for them to just refer me to a private company that costs $150 that only has appointments 2 weeks from now. Called them 8 times before driving out to confirm and they did not answer......

While VERY understaffed, they're incredibly nice and helpful. You do need an appointment for a passport ahead of time, so please book one online.

I got denied service for passport walk-ins for my 2 month old child. Because they've put a paper sign they do not accept walk-ins from April 28 - May 16. But this information is not reflected on their website. So, people are taking day off to come to the service to discover that service is not available.
And then the clerk accuses you in inability to read a sign instead of suggesting help or a solution.
On other hand scheduling an appointment is always a month in advance. Which leads a quest to get a passport for a baby a long a long adventure.

The elderly man in front of me was treated so horribly that the rest of watched in shock. The woman behind the counter was aggressively rude, condescending, and unhelpful to his basic request to pick up his package.
Unacceptable behavior.
I will not return to this location.
