The fingerprinting machine works as of September 4th, the hours for fingerprinting are between 10am-1pm on Monday-Friday as others have noted, and it was very quick and smooth to get it done here.

Unprofessional. The staff won’t print a tracking label for my prepaid return envelope (when mailing passport for visa)and stated you cannot track the prepaid envelopes as they can only use stamps
