“I always have a positive experience at any O’Reilly Auto Parts store I have been in. This time I want to give a shout out to Shane at the Thrasher’s Corner store. He went above and beyond to figure out a better, less expensive fix for my car issue. Then he came out and took a few minutes to do it for me. I have had similar experiences at other stores and figured it was time to give props. Thank you Shane.”
“Both the guys who helped me were so incredibly nice. I came in to buy a new battery after jump starting my car and they offered to test my current one first. After the first test they weren’t confident I actually needed a new battery so they told me to let my car run for 30 minutes and then come back. They checked it again and found that it was indeed time to replace the battery. After I bought it they even swapped it out for me and put the anti corrosion grease on it since corrosion was the issue with my previous battery.
Overall just very helpful folks and I appreciate them making sure I truly needed the new battery before I spent a pretty penny on it.”

“I'm at this O'Reilly's way more often than I would like to be but, the employees make the head ache of long-term projects, a little less stressful. Even if they don't have what I need, I'm always treated in an excessively helpful manner and about half of the employees treat customer service like they're helping a friend with a project. 5 stars, would recommend.”

From the moment he settled himself onto the stool behind the cash register, you know that he is perfect. He moves slowly and uses as few words as possible with customers. He looks like he has been there for years and during that time, he has learned every detail of the batteries he has in stock and the ones he can get for your special jobs.“That one over there,” he tells you without pointing. He is right. The one on the second shelf third from the left has the right cranking amps, fits into your battery pan and comes with a decent warranty. It weighs a ton and you are not going to get any help lifting it onto the counter, so don’t ask. Don’t forget to put the battery you are replacing up there too.Batteries are expensive, so any deal you can get helps. The prices here are competitive enough that it is not worth shopping around once you are here.There is paperwork involved in buying a battery. Even more if you are recycling some old batteries at the same time. The counterman knows all the mysterious key taps that the computer needs, he knows the paper forms that have to be filled out, he expertly reviews your ID and he has a ritual of wiping down your card to make sure it will go through the first time. There is no rushing this process, so don’t try.I have had quite a few battery situations this year and I have always gotten what I needed at a decent price. I can hardly wait for the solar power system in the boat to need a new battery. I know just where I will go.”

“Stopped in here 3 times in 2 days lol I was staying nearby while on vacation with friends, my check engine light came on, and my car went into low power limp mode. I'm pretty good with vehicles so I didn't need much help to diagnose/repair, but the morning guys here helped out with ordering everything I needed, and let me borrow a couple tools so we could get back on the road. “Did a free battery test, it was bad (no real surprise), they sold me a new battery from 4 options and gave their recommendations, and installed it to my vehicle, it was super fast and they were really excellent about it, even though it was raining the whole time. Car started right up great!”
“They tested my battery for me and then help guide me to the best battery given the options. They did try to replace it for me but had trouble so I did have to go to another place afterwards to get it installed. Elisabetha helped me and a younger gentleman but I can't remember his name as I write this.”
“everybody at this store is super friendly and helpful except for the manager, every time i have interacted with her she talks in a very condescending manner. my trip there today during checkout i tried to use tap to pay and she stared at me while it wasnt working and then just said “it works for everyone else.” before i got out my card. she then asked if i wanted a receipt which i replied yes to. she then said “well its linked to your account so you wont need it for that”. every interaction ive had with her has been like this. and i remain polite every time. she absolutely should not be the manager.”
