“DeGrazia’s is a family run business that has been doing this a long time and for good reason. They went above and beyond in fixing my car’s rear windshield, hatch, and bumper. They were honest about the timeline of repairs during a period when liftgates are on shortage and got me in sooner for an estimate than any other auto body shop in Seattle. This was great because it got the process going for ordering parts sooner. They dealt with the insurance company directly to ensure new parts were used and the windshield was calibrated correctly. My repaired car looks brand new thanks to their work. Special thanks to Steve who was very communicative and walked me through the estimate and process of how insurance works. It turns out he has a lot of experience in car insurance / appraisal work so I think that really helped to ensure my the insurance company covered the proper repairs.”

They are quite busy but considering the severity of my situation they squeezed me into their schedule and gave me a reasonable quote and had the part same day. Took the radiator out that had cracked and replaced it with a new one on short notice and did run into some unexpected labor since it did not fit correctly yet didn't charge me for it. They seem honest to their quote and do good work. This place is run by people you can trust”

“Had a oil pan leak in our 2018 GMC Acadia Denali. Less than 40,000 miles on it. Went to Mr GMC dealership, estimate some where between $2500.00 to $3000.00 to replace oil pan gasket (REALLY?)! NuMark Automotive $1000.00. GM's design was why it took 8hr's labor to replace gasket. Done with GM done with GM repair work. Will not go any where else.”

“This place is honestly amazing, not only were they open on a Sunday when most places are closed, but they have really good prices. I got all 4 tires changed for 663, when most places charge you up to a thousand for good tires. They were super friendly and it took then less then 20 minutes to change all 4 tires. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, you should definitely call in advance to check if they have your tire, I only say that because sometimes they might not have it, but this place is truly amazing. If you want a fast and easily affordable price for your tires I promise this is the best place to go!!”

They were really nice and not pushy and even stayed a bit later for me to finish signing my paperwork. And I got a pretty good deal on the cost of my car.
