“I went to the brand new car wash down the street when the pollen hit. I am not a religious car wash guy, I just wanted to get all the pollen off. The fully automated spot didn't do much. This week I took my pickup to General as it had been stored in a barn for a year. These guys are amazing. They got guys prewashing the car, then a crew hand drying. If I was a meticulous car guy I would be coming here weekly. As it is, since I had the truck washed I have had them wash the other two cars and my driveway looks like a new car lot now. Tip these guys they are worth it.”

“My favorite used to be the Lake City Way location... I'm not sure what happened, but I feel like my car is never washed good enough amd something is up where TWICE I got the cheaper wash of either the person in front of or behind me there. This location ALWAYS has plenty of attendants, will tape your rear wipers and always has someone at the pay station before you enter for questions. The person there sold me on a monthly subscription, purely based on their knowledge and friendliness. And my car was washed really, really well.”
“I've been using this car wash since it first opened. It's not perfect, and the wash quality isn't as good as Brown Bear's, but I've never had any damage to my vehicle. That's in contrast to the many reviews of Brown Bear where customers have posted photos showing serious damage caused during the wash.
If this place improved its water filtration or cleaning products so cars weren't left covered in white water spots, and if the towels didn't smell so bad after being washed, I'd probably consider it one of the best car washes in the area.”

“I like the presoak, but the pressure on the presoak and soap is terrible. It also took about 25 seconds of the 3 minutes to start dispensing the pre-soak. I also don't like that I can't add time with a credit card ... 3 minutes at a time is all the flexibility you get
Edit: went back. Adding more time worked great. Still felt like the pressure on the presoak plus the time spent waiting for the material to come out was too long. The soap had very high pressure this time more so than the rinse. Overall quite happy with the experience and will definitely be my new go to.”
