“Great work by this company. I took my 2025 Maverick to them for hard water spot removal that covered the entire front half of the vehicle. It took them 2 days but the water spots are gone and the truck looks NEW!”

“Best place for an oil change! Great customer service, fast and professional staff, and some of the cheapest gas prices around. They even offer free coffee or a soda with your oil change, which is a nice bonus while you wait. The team was friendly, honest, and got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!”
“They saved my car! I bought a used car with some difficult to remedy odors, got a quote, and before my appointment the dealer offered to fix the issue for free. I sadly took them up on it and they doused the vehicle with chemicals and oils which made the clean up so much harder. Despite my issues, NW Auto Salon gave it a go and the odors and chemicals I was reacting to are totally gone. They said to wait until the summer to review because the heat might bring odors back, but my car is still healthy and clean. No odors to speak of.

“Edit: I went in today after not hearing anything back the guy inside was willing to resolve my issue and paid me my dollar so I’m repudiating my review to 4 stars thankful for resolution I got.
Original: Never had problems before tonight older lady working miscounted my $12, 1 $5 bill, 4 $1 bills, and $3 in quarters as $11 and now I’m out $1 of my money in this shitty economy. Will be filing a police report if I don’t hear back with resolution. I bought a coke which I set aside $2.50 for in quarters then gave another $9.50 for gas expecting change to be added onto gas but somehow after counting in front of the worker and cameras they recounted $11.”

“Overall good. Prefer the set up in my hometown in Florida with vacs between each car path. Found it cumbersome to drag the long hose all the way around d the car to do the other side. Crowded but the team directed traffic as we waited to get to the vac stations.”

“Always enjoy coming to this Brown Bear Location on my way to and from school. Due to the multiple stalls, the wait is often minimal. The grounds around the wash are kept clean. All of the equipment is easy to use and comes at a cheap price compared to most other washes. As long as you perform a touch less wash, your car will come out perfect. As others have mentioned, the water pressure is fantastic and the soap is never skimpy.”
