I had my first massage with handstone last week. My daughter bought it for me for my birthday with upgrades.As well as the gratuity already paid. Connor was awesome! So much so that I joined their membership club and have already booked a new massage set up for a couple weeks. I highly recommend the cbd oil upgrade !!! that really saved from any soreness afterwards. Can't wait to get another one!

Connor is an amazing therapist! He specialized in awesome neck and upper shoulder work. Whole experience was amazing! Highly recommended a 90 minute!

I've been going here for months now with a membership. I love getting my monthly facials and recently I got an amazing massage from Genesis. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly!

My Hand and Stone massage was the most expensive and frustrating massage I ever had. $172.00 for 40 minutes massage. The massage was prepaid for an hour of service and with no knowledge of the company’s policies. When I was ready to use the service and notified the parlor, received a list of rules and regulations from the parlor that was not communicated to me when the massage service was purchased.I was supposed to receive a full one-hour massage, I only received 40 minutes instead. I was told the remainder of one hour goes for the cleaning and setting up the massage room. At the end of the session the massage therapist left a wet towel for me to clean the massage oil from my body. I could not reach my back to wipe the oil off, and was barely able to clean my arms and legs.I left the parlor unhappy and disgusted. Later I sent my feedback to the massage parlor. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Clean, decent, respectable, fair pricing. Availability is very limited and the best massage thereapists are hard to book. Their accounting is terrible and I wouldn't recommend buying gift cards because the are very bad at managing credits on your account.

BEWARE! They have lots of paper work and make you spend around 15 to 20 minutes on it and say you have only 40 minutes of massage instead of 60 minutes! And they don’t even inform you beforehand! Service wise it’s decent and if you want to relax, ensure you tell them that you don’t want to keep talking in the session.

I went for a prenatal massage and Keri was amazing, she addresses all my pain points gently. It was such good rejuvenating 1 hour. The atmosphere is great.

I have sciatica in my lower back which is nerve damage and it feels so much better! I got a fully body massage with genesis and it was so wonderful and so relaxing. I’m definitely thinking about the membership. She did such an amazing job and I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Just came to Hand and Stone for a massage appointment and was very impressed. The massage therapist was caring, kind, and attentive. The aromatherapy and music was therapeutic. In addition, I have never felt so relaxed for such a long time in comparison to other massage places. Highly recommend coming here for a massage appointment.

Great experience. Excellent atmosphere for relaxation. Coconut water in the lobby, massage tables have adjustable heat settings, my masseuse was very talented and professional. I definitely plan to return.
