“While not the lowest cost, NW Natural Lighting's pergola quality, workmanship, and customer service is worth the price.
We decided to go with an aluminum structure with retractable shades, Bromic heaters, and rain-sensor mechanical louvers. But was more impressive was the work they put in to make sure we got the pergola we wanted with the criteria's we gave them. NWNL was able to design and construct a single 28ft long single bay mechanized louver pergola that used roof anchors over key points that didn't put additional load stress on our 10ft double-door sliders. It took some work on their end to figure it out and they delivered.
Additionally, they made sure that we were happy every step of the way. The took care of the permitting process and after that was completed, they worked with the contractor (who they recommended based on their past experience) with very little input from us and practically overbuilt the pergola. With all the customization that we asked for, it all fit together perfectly... even with the minimal delays.
What I appreciate most is their customer service. We had an issue with the Bromic heater (not NWNL's fault) and with the Outdoor Elements app, but NWNL responded quickly to mitigate.
Very happy with the results. Thank you NWNL... we really appreciate your partnership and commitment for happy customers.”
“I wish I'd taken the time to check out this place years ago. I thought they only sold lumber but they have tools and stuff too and more importantly staff who know their stuff AND are available to answer questions and give advice. Everything they sell seems to be very high quality and reasonably priced. I'm never going back to Home Depot again!”
“This is my preferred lumber yard for anything except exotic hardwoods. The selection is awesome, the staff know their stuff, and they’re on hand to help you find what you need. It’s a little more expensive than the big boxes, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it.”
“A pleasure to deal with! They went out of there way to earn my business and left me completely satisfied.
My sauna heater arrived in. Less than a week during the Christmas holidays and I live cross country!
I was truly amazed at there aggressive pricing. No one came remotely close to what I paid.
In mu opinion if your looking for anything related to steam or sauna and dont give them a shot you will probably over spend.
I usually do not take the time to do reviews. But I have to say they earned it.!”
“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Dunn Lumber and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my project needs and offered expert advice that made all the difference. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the selection is vast, catering to both professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike. I was particularly pleased with their competitive pricing and the availability of hard-to-find items. The checkout process was smooth, and the staff ensured I had everything I needed before I left.Overall, Dunn Lumber exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to customer service and high-quality products has earned them a loyal customer. I highly recommend Dunn Lumber to anyone in need of building materials or expert advice for their next project!”
“Love this place. Always has what I'm looking for 100% of the time. I think my house was 100% made of home depot stuff, because everything I replace is exactly what I find at depot. Lumber isn't great but not worst... tools like Ryobi are awesome here.”
“I was quite impressed with the place. Initial impressions on walking in was that it reminded me of a hometown hardware store, not one of the big box places for tools. Some brand names that I didn't recognize but I had gone to shop for air compressors. I felt zero pressure from anyone at the desk on the first visit to get anything right away.I needed to do some additional research so came back for the purchase on a second visit. While they didn't have the specific model in stock I wanted, they were kind to field about a dozen questions about the lower-tier model and helped me save myself a hundred bucks. It seems they have a LOT more going on than what the storefront makes it appear. I'd recommend them as an alternative to one of the larger corporate stores if possible.”
“Very helpful staff and able to help me fit 3 full size doors in my little coupe. A great local resource for building materials and home improvement supplies that are in great condition, are recycled, and help support an important charity! Win, win, WIN!”
“It's Home Depot in Everett. You get everything you wod expect from a major big box home improvement chain. It seems that their inventory levels has been a little less than what they were in the past, but 3 out of 6 times I go in there they never have what I'm looking for.. But it's the closest store from my place so the convenience is more than the inventory.”
“Always have staff there to help you most of the time in checkout. Some of the time I ask for help and I've gotten "not my department" or couldn't find anyone easily that could direct me to what I needed.”
“Came here to get some indoor plants, since it’s almost spring! When I walked in, not 1, but 2 employees went to find me a cart when I asked and were super friendly! Which is so refreshing compared to a lot of the customer service I receive in Seattle. Micki helped me when I checked out in the garden section and was also very friendly and helpful in informing me about the year long refund policy. I highly recommend this Lowes!!!”
“When in there had a couple questions found someone ran away. They pointed me in the right direction. That's probably exactly what I need. That's the way it's supposed to be five stars”
“I couldn’t find a specific item and I asked an employee for help. We didn’t find what I needed but when I was about to leave Logan (the guy who helped me out) stopped me right before I left and had found with exactly what I was looking for, give that guy a raise!”
“Always been a reliable go to without the complete political ethical dilemma with home Depot. This whole stretch of Aurora is sketch and appreciate the added security.”
“The Home Depot is a great store for home improvement and tools. They have a huge selection of materials, tools, and supplies for projects. The staff are usually helpful and can answer questions if you need help finding something. The store is well organized and the prices are fair. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for home projects”
“Great place. Good prices. Friendly employees. Prices seem to be down a little so that's good. Needed to get a washer and dryer and the employee in the section was really helpful”
“A solid visit overall. The store was organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of staff around who were willing to point me in the right direction when I needed help. Most items were well‑stocked, and the checkout line moved at a steady pace without feeling rushed. A couple of sections felt a bit picked over, but nothing that got in the way of finding what I came for. A reliable, straightforward stop for home projects.”
“I can usually find what I need here for whatever home project I have going on. Military discount has saved me a ton over the years. We built a new deck this summer and were able to fully furnish (chairs, table, rockers, sofa, outdoor carpet, etc) with amazing end of season prices. The employee at Lowe's helped us locate everything in the store, separated into different loads, and help put it all in our truck.”
