“For over twenty years, Sanda Cleaners has been my dry cleaner of choice. I tried closer cleaners once after my schedule changed and it was inconvenient for me to go to Mill Creek, but I was always disappointed with the results, unhappy with the service. Sanda Cleaners takes care of me. The owners let me know they appreciate being able to take care of my clothes and go out of their way to give good service, be kind, fair minded and they always handle their customers with integrity. P.S. - I love the tailoring offered as an extra service. There is no substitute for Sanda Cleaners. Go there now.”

“Washing machine is down currently at home :/Looked up the neighborhood laundromats near me, and went based off google/ yelp reviews. The reviews for Bims did not fail me!Super nice lady working in here; very accommodating. Gotta love the cleanliness, especially when it comes to a place where one chooses to wash their clothes!I see why Bims is highly rated. Hopefully my washer at home is fixed soon, but I’ll be back if needs be :)”

“visited on a Sunday afternoon - it was busy but there were still plenty of machines available! it appeared that half of the machines accept card payment, some still accept only coin. there's a vending machine to get coins but you must have cash to operate it. it looks like you can purchase detergent / dryer sheets as needed. there are a few chairs available for waiting. lots of open tables for folding laundry. this is as pleasant as a laundromat can be.”

“$8 for one load, but it was an hour and simple. Clean facility and I saw people cleaning the machines, inside and out, while I was here. No loud music or television and they seem to expect people to police their own children. I will be coming back.”

“My wife got cranberry-shade fingernail polish on the front of her favorite cream-colored jacket. She looked great in that jacket. We thought 'completely' removing the stain would be a hopeless task. I called a number of places in Seattle and Everett that specialized in stain removal, but was left with a little hope. Then Ron, the owner of At Your Leisure Services in Everett, returned my call. He was most gracious and seemed quite knowledgeable with regard to all types of stain removal. He even offered to work on the jacket immediately if I could bring it right in. Ron worked his magic and did a fantastic job in completely removing the stain. My wife thought I had gone out and bought her a brand new replacement jacket. Ron's service was prompt, friendly and superbly successful. The price charged for the service that was provided was most reasonable. I totally recommend At Your Leisure Services. I would give them 6 stars out of 5.”

“Seon mi has been tailoring my family's clothes for years. Dresses, jackets, hemming, all around tailoring. I've thrifted beautiful items that she tailored for a perfect fit. Highly recommend”

“super clean and nice. Really reasonably priced, even for the max capacity washer (which is actually true to it's name.) You do have to purchase a reloadable card to use the machines and the restrooms. Also the restrooms are locked when there is no attendant on duty, which makes having to wash in the evenings frustrating at times.”

“Not so bad. Mostly staffed all the time now that covid has eased. Usually clean and the machines work. Has added new machines. Most washers and 1/2 the dryers you can pay with credit card. What is also nice is there are 2 gyms and one pokestop reachable so you can play PokemonGo.Went back after not being there for a few months. They are replacing old washers with new ones, which is nice.Haven't been for a whole. They have new doors. Be careful. They don't always open. Helps to wave your hands in front of you when approaching”

“4 stars = enthusiastic reviewAfter Northgate Cleaners, I wasn’t so eager to try another dry cleaner. Additionally, the row of stores Cotton Cleaners & Tailors is in is a little sketch, tbh. But I finally decided I’d stalled long enough. The cleaners was a little small when I walked in. There was a woman with a kindly aspect at a sewing machine to the side of the door and a gentleman hanging clothes further into the store, both working quietly. The woman stopped working shortly after I arrived and went around to the counter. Influenced by the calm atmosphere, I politely showed her my items. A wrinkled silk blouse (I think she gave a little appreciative murmur), an old wool sweater with some long-crusted trace of food on the cuff, and a merino wool sweater I wear to work.Showing her the work sweater, I took a moment to explain that the badge I wore had a rough clip on the side. When I had worn it around my neck the friction had caused some noticeable pilling over the breastbone, and I asked her if there was anything she could do. The woman disappeared briefly and came back with a device in her hand. (It looked a little like a hybrid between a Clarisonic face brush and a men’s electric razor.) She turned on the device and, with my sweater spread on the counter, brushed at the pilling so delicately I couldn’t detect any change at first. After a while I saw just a little of the pilling come away, and the woman checked with me to see if this met with my satisfaction. I was quite excited (truthfully, the pilling that had developed on my sweaters had been bothering me like a toothache) and responded in the affirmative. I gave my name and number, was informed I could pick up the clothing in less than a week and would pay at that time.Circumstances caused me to pick up my clothing a day late, but I was eager to see how they turned out. Everything was clean and pressed, and my work sweater was smooth like new. Altogether, I paid $28, and quite happily. I’ve taken more clothes there and will pick them up in a few days.Drop-off and pickup are easy, the people at the store (though I guess I’ve only interacted with one person so far) are attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere is calm and cozy, and the price is affordable. I really like this place!”

“This will be short, I promise. To begin, GO HERE! I stopped in a couple of weeks ago, after hearing a great review from a dear friend, just about at closing, having finally received my pants in the mail and in desperate need of them to be hemmed before I dashed off to a conference. When I say "desperate" I mean as in the next afternoon at the latest...I know, I know...Poof! They were perfectly hemmed and perfectly ironed for me the very next morning! One even had to have a rather groovy hem! PERFECT! Did I mention I am short? Did I mention I cannot hem both legs straight for love or money? Well, THEY CAN AND THEY ROCKED IT! By the by, they are also very kind and very professional! Yes, this is a little (forgive me) hole-in-the-wall place on 41st in Everett, right near the McDonald's and kind of close to the Safeway. I realize everyone uses their phone for directions, but you won't see some big flashing sign; I'm just saying. AND their prices are more than reasonable! They are clearly very busy, so they must make a lot of people happy, not just me. No, they may not be able to get your alterations done as quickly as they did mine, but I will assure you this is the only place I will be taking anything that needs to be altered or dry-cleaned! Hurray!”

“I’ve had several items dry cleaned and hemmed— I am very happy with the results! Note that this cleaners isn’t cheap, but, you do get what you pay for, and everything I’ve had cleaned or tailored has returned in good condition & high quality work. Thank you!”

“I went here around 9pm when my regular laundromat was closed, this worked out very well for me. The place owners were very nice and helpful as well. Despite the machines being a bit difficult to figure out at first, they were relatively straight forward, would definitely go again!”

“We use this laundromat to wash heavy linens or big loads that would typically take hours at home. Not sure what expectations others have from doing business at a public laundromat, but this place is is just that. It’s a business. It’s public. And as long as you abide the business owners hours and clean up after yourself, there should not be any issues. People causally disregard rules about cleanliness and don’t pick up after themselves. Or disregard the business hours and expect the people there to not say anything. They clearly state 7:30pm as the cutoff time to start a wash load and folks come in at 7:34, 7:36, 7:40….it’s rude. The laundromat is spacious and clean. They have a variety of machines to meet your needs. Abide by the rules and you won’t regret doing business there.”

“First time visiting and I was 50¢ short to start my laundry on the XL washer. After returning with the money, I was surprised to see that the worker had start it for me! I kindly paid her the 50¢ but that small act saved me a bunch of time!”

“The lady working the opening shift today 02/21/24 knows her customer service and she was wonderful! I witnessed her handle an upset customer with grace and patience. It was my first time in and she was incredibly helpful as I tried navigating my way around! Also the bathrooms and lobby were very clean! 10/10”

“Ultra Custom Cleaners is hands down the best dry cleaners I have ever found! Everyone there is so friendly and our clothes always come back to us in perfect condition. He is actually a miracle worker as he was able to get a grass stain out of a formal dress that I though for sure I had ruined. They were even able to clean some very long drapes for me at a resonable price. I really appreciate their care and professionalism! Susan Says…they won’t hang you out to dry!”

“Used to live just behind this business and used them often. I now live 20 minutes away and still come here for all my dry cleaning. Prices are consistently less than other places and they do a great job on the odd items like comforters and tables cloths. Service is always polite and never have to worry about getting a quick turn time.”

“I was pleased with their service. I brought in 19 pieces, almost entirely comprised of my husbands work shirts. I prepaid to get the discount. They were ready 3 days later. They have 15min dedicated parking right in front of the store front. I'll be back.”

“I have tried many dry cleaners on the east side and in Seattle. After using them for over a year, I can say that Village Cleaners is the best all around value I have found. Fair prices, consistent quality work, quick service, and very polite people. Convenient hours compared to most as they are open early in the morning.”
