“Easiest move into storage ever! Extremely nice and helpful staff in the office too! I chose this location because it was one of the few places I could get a 10x5 instead of 5x10 unit. I'm not in the best shape physically, so trying to go 10 feet deep into a locker is not feasible.
I can already tell the 10 x 5 is going to be perfect for my needs. When you rent an apartment, they just don't have enough storage space. So I need a locker that's like an extension of my home.
I am already impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and helpful office staff AND the hours. Some places are closed on weekends or Sunday, and that's about the only day I can go.
I can already tell I won't dread visiting my locker like I did other places, but look forward to accessing it whenever needed.”

“Adams Moving made what is normally a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. We had packers one day and movers the next. Two different teams, both absolutely outstanding. Every person we interacted with was personable, professional, and incredibly hard-working. Not once did I see anyone standing around; they were efficient, focused, and clearly took pride in their work.
Anthony and his team were possibly my favorite. They kept things light with great banter and humor, which made the day genuinely enjoyable. Andrew and his team were equally impressive, handling every box and piece of furniture with such care and attention. Both crews treated our home and belongings as if they were their own.
It’s rare to find teams who are this thoughtful, diligent, and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely use Adams Moving again. Highly recommend!”

“Nice, helpful staff. Easy to pull a UHaul into parking. Free on-site parking. Elevators. Most units are only accessible from inside secure building. You can only go up elevators using your security code, which only allows you to go up as high as the floor your unit is on. I really like this feature for extra security. There are some units that are accessible from outside by parking. Bathrooms on ground floor next to elevators but they've always been out of toilet paper when we used them (bring tissues in your pocket). I've had a unit here for 17 months. Clean, well lit.”
“Best packers and loaders in town. Fast. Experienced. Organized. These crews are not just out there, they are running coordinated plays, and each position player is good at their position. In an industry that charges hourly, this gives them quite the competitive edge.
They don't break stuff, they don't track mud through your house, guys don't get lost or confused, they understand how elevators and parking garages work and have the equipment and experience to maximize each hour they spend. This isn't an industry standard, these guys just...do this shit.
See, the hourly cost doesn't tell the whole story, you pay based on how many hours you use the service for. If they are faster, and don't break or damage stuff, the hourly cost variability almost doesn't matter. I bet these guys get the best tips in town.”

“I had contact with Brandon mostly and he, along with management and crew value communication, are communicative themselves, punctual, and understanding. This time around, my crew was Vincent & Corbin. They were fast and efficient and communicative too, they checked in with me a lot and were conscientious of time. Any bumps in the road are handled courteously with Brandon or crew, you just have to communicate like with anybody else. For the past 2 years, this company has been reliable, consistent, and flexible and have the best value too. They’re awesome.”

“A great find. Nice clean units and they had a few specials in larger units that will save us money as we only need for a short time. Free moving truck ua for move in and future use for $50 plus 0.99 per mile. Christina is very friendly and actually her family lives in the property so there is monitoring of the location by them along with the cameras throughout the property. Very honest, caring and helpful.”
“Arrived late. Said between 4 & 5. called said can the come early at 3, I replied 3:15 is good. Later the said keep it to 4. Arrived at 5:430. Said traffic was bad. however they did a great job moving the baby grand. I said 5' but it was 5'6". They did not charge anymore.”

“I hired Gus and Jack Moving Company to help me move into my new home. They arrived on time and were fast and efficient while also being very careful with my stuff. They are professional and charged less than all the other companies I got an estimate from. Gus came and gave me a free estimate and even some delicious baklava as a gift. He is very friendly and experienced.
I recently moved from Germany to seattle and they were really patient with me as English is not my first language.

“Kingdom Movers did a fantastic job with my move from start (in home estimate) to finish (loading the contents of my home into their truck and then transferring into a moving pod at that company's facility).My crew was Peter (who also did the estimate) Angel, and Ryan. Great guys, very professional, but also fun to work with. Angel was telling me jokes and had music going the whole time ... it was like my move had a great throwback soundtrack! I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were, Peter did an amazing job of tetris-ing my stuff into the moving pod.All that and it was a super-reasonable cost. Highly recommend all around!”

“Have had an outside facing unit for 5 years now. A couple of months ago I went into the office because I suddenly started seeing mouse droppings. I was told they would inform pest control. I keep no food items in the unit. I saw no improvement so set traps and pulled two dead ones out today. This was never a problem for the first 4 1/2 years. Other than that, friendly and well kept.”
“I don’t think I can put into words how amazing all the staff and owners are at Snohomish mini storage. We appreciate everything they have done for us in helping out as much as they can then we first got moved here. Definitely can’t recommend them enough.”
“It's your typical storage place, nothing really special except all the units are heated. I don't like that there isn't 24 hour access to the unit. From 11pm to 7am there is no access allowed. I just don't understand why that is since everyone who does have access is a paying customer with ID and everything about you on file. Security cameras would catch anyone if they did try to do anything. I thought maybe they didn't want people making noise late at night moving stuff in or out, but it's not near any residential buildings. Other than that, it's well maintained and clean for the most part. The staff is friendly and accommodating.”
