“I needed a brake job for my vehicle and was looking for a new shop to do the work. Fleet Service was recommended by a friend and after looking at reviews, Fleet Service received much better reviews than the other two places that I used in the past.During the initial inspection, they found other issues which I authorized the work for, while my vehicle was in the shop. Will, the technician, was able to complete all the work in less than the time frame they had given me and Courtney and Elizabeth kept me informed with updates throughout the process. The invoice for repairs was itemized and easy to follow for parts, labor and cost broken down for each individual job performed.Everyone I spoke with was friendly and kind, including the owner, whom I didn't get the name of, when I picked up my vehicle. I finally found a shop that I feel good about bringing my vehicle to and give my stamp of approval to Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair. They will be my "Go To" shop for repairs. “My car stoped in the middle of the road on Sunday and I was lucky enough to have some good people help me push my car to the side and jump start it for me. We suspected that the battery cables were loose, and they helped me tighten it up to get it moving again. However I couldn’t find a mechanic on Sunday until I found this place. Salmon’s service center helped me out immediately even though I didn’t make any appointments before I walked in. I highly recommend this place, they charged me reasonably and took care of my car in timely manner. Very nice place, I will definitely come back for my future car fixes. Thank you guys for saving my day.”

“I'm from Chicago, but living in Washington for work. I knew my car needed an oil change and went in the morning not knowing what to expect. They helped me get to know it's a nice first come first serve for oil changes and got my car in. I am happy with the service and all. I wish I could have gotten their names but this one worker helped with me when I had to go back to ask a very dumb car question (now that I look back at it) but got it all figured out. Along with my water bottle I had totally forgotten about! Thanks so much for not making me feel like a total dummy but if I'm still in town will return!”

“Fantastic experience overall. Got oil change, 2 headlights replaced, wiper replaced and all done in less then 25 mins. Incredibly great low prices and the staff were more then friendly (which I hugely appreciate). RECOMMEND HIGHLYOnly minor issue is when the air filters were put back in, it caused a small whistling noise but nothing too bad.”

I completely the understand the need to inform customers of ALL options. But I appreciated them when i opted for the conventional oil change and wasnt pushed to change my mind. I used to goto valvoline if i couldnt do it myself but will be returning to this location from now on when needed.”

“I took my car in to fix the A/C. They did a good job and nice people but this place is a little expensive. They completed A/C inspection and had to replace the AC clutch relay($20 at Autozone) and recharge the AC with refrigerant ($40 at Autozone). I got a bill for $303. I don't think I'll go back to this place for anything else. If you think $303 is a reasonable price for this kind of work then this place is for you.”

“After an oil change at the BelRed location in Bellevue, My check engine light was on and the car running poorly. Returned immediately and it was implied that it was a coincidence. However, they sent me to the Woodinville outlet where they have an actual mechanic. I can't say enough nice things about Riley. He went through a thorough diagnostic process, explaining to me what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, had the part the next morning and promptly fixed it.I know a bit about car repairs and his fund of knowledge is exceptional. He is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Riley for repairs!”

“I can't recommend this place enough! Last night, I came out to my car from the grocery store to find oil leaking out everywhere. I called them 3:40 and they told me they were about to close at 4, but they would wait for me.What I thought was going to be a simple bolt tightening and oil top off turned into a huge mess. (The last place that had changed my oil hadn't properly secured ANYTHING. All of my caps and bolts had been slowly coming loose for 3 months.) There was oil absolutely everywhere under my car and under the hood.The employee here stayed and worked on my car for 2 hours (an hour and a half past closing) and made sure that everything was clean, safe, and properly tightened before I left.I am incredibly grateful for the service I received and for the kindness I was shown here. I will be telling everyone I know to give their business to these guys... instead of chain oil change places run by people who care more about quantity than they do quality.”
