“Reading through the other reviews is entertaining, to say the least. Wait times here can be a bit long, especially in the evenings, but this is a full service shop. If you want a quick oil change, go down the street to Jiffy Lube. And yes, tires are expensive, but it's also based on the vehicle YOU decided to purchase. And you have to communicate with the person behind the desk and get specific, its your car, they dont know why it makes a ping noise when you turn left at 30 miles an hour unless you specify that when bringing your vehicle in. And if you have an issue or something happened the staff here are more than willing to help you out the best they can.”

“This place is honestly amazing, not only were they open on a Sunday when most places are closed, but they have really good prices. I got all 4 tires changed for 663, when most places charge you up to a thousand for good tires. They were super friendly and it took then less then 20 minutes to change all 4 tires. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, you should definitely call in advance to check if they have your tire, I only say that because sometimes they might not have it, but this place is truly amazing. If you want a fast and easily affordable price for your tires I promise this is the best place to go!!”

“Les Schwab Edmonds HWY99.Had a screw in my tire. Took my car to Costco after they told me on the phone to come in early in the morning so I could be the first one in line. When I got there they they told me I had to leave my car for the whole day. Got the run arounds. Went down the street to Les Schwab in Edmonds. These guys are doing it right!!! The girl at the counter was prompt and had a great attitude. The technician was informative and nice. They told me it’ll take about 2 hours. They got my car in and out with in an hour. The best part of this shop was their attitude and transparency. No run arounds. Definitely will use this particular store again for my car needs.”

“After the third time in the last month going to Les Schwab to fix a slow leak in my tire, and them not having time for me, I decided I needed to find another place nearby to get er done. I saw this place had good reviews, and took a leap of faith, and brought my car here. They fixed it within 20 mins, but also warned me that the tires were very low on tread, which I'd also noticed. I appreciate that they didn't do what Les Schwab does, which is to refuse to fix a flat tire on a tire with low tread. We talked about different options for tires. They could do the high-end, name brand tires for around $1,000, comparable to Les Schwab prices. But I appreciated that they offered two budget-friendly lesser-known brands. Since I'm in a financial crunch at the moment, I opted for the least expensive option. I was happy when she said they could get it done the next day. Brought the car in the next day, and they got it done. Sooo, for $550, and a very quick turnaround, I got four brand new tires. That's about half of what I would have paid at Les Schwab. Even if the tires last a couple of years, it'll be worth it. Really happy all around.”

They started working on the car about 10 mins before the time of my appointment and finished in about 30 minutes which I thought was surprisingly fast. “I'd been delaying fixing my tire since I stopped by here over a week ago. I didn't stay that time, not for any reason really, when he told me they have to take the tire off, other than I didn't feel like it?.So I decided to call today and see if I could just drop it tonight and pick it up tomorrow and Jason said sure.As always was running late and by the time we got there they were gonna close in 4 minutes. As the young man was taking my info he asked if I'd like to about 20 minutes so they could fix it now.I was like, oh that's so sweet but I know you're about to close. “I took my car in to fix the A/C. They did a good job and nice people but this place is a little expensive. They completed A/C inspection and had to replace the AC clutch relay($20 at Autozone) and recharge the AC with refrigerant ($40 at Autozone). I got a bill for $303. I don't think I'll go back to this place for anything else. If you think $303 is a reasonable price for this kind of work then this place is for you.”
