“I always have positive experiences here, both in-person and with online communications. The self-service box also works very well.
If I go on a weekday, it’s super fast and easy to use this post office due to the diagonal parking spots easy to get in and out of. On a Saturday, I’ve only had to wait a minute or two to park.
I’m glad this is my local post office!”
“What a wonderful post office! Friendly and efficient staff eager to serve and get customers in and out quickly. Open 8:30-6 pm weekdays and bonus: 9- 3 on Saturday. If you have a debit/credit card, there's a self-serve kiosk 24/7 inside for mailing and more. Due to construction, just go to last building on left and enter via their first driveway. Great experience!”

“Want to say Ping is a postal employee Bothell Post office can be proud of. My package was delivered to wrong home (years ago this happened about four or five times a month do that we both have the same house address, different street address, but one block apart).
Ping on my third attempt to get information much effort on her part effort on her part with joy helped me find it. Postman even delivered it to my door, although it fit in the mailbox, but that was very kind of him also didn’t get his name sorry.

“After being told at Wedgwood post office that they could not issue my PM express refund that was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date in their local office and unavailable online, I was advised to call USPS Customer Service who could. The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.”

“Update : I’m updating to five stars. I’m wondering if maybe someone read my feedback or something because all of a sudden they are scanning in faster than ever before - usually same day!!!! - thank you so so much. I feel so much better not having to fret about my packages!
I’m so sorry, but my packages regularly take four or five days to scan in. Unacceptable. There should be a kiosk where we can scan it in ourselves and drop it somewhere secure. It stresses me out so badly for days, thinking it was stolen or lost when I know I dropped it off at the counter.”

A client/customer mainly comes to this Carrier Station to pick up packages, certified/registered mail, or/and speak to a Supervisor or the Postmaster for an issue with mail delivery. Please understand the mail carriers are continued to be pushed to the limit with added delivery addresses when the delivery routes should be a lot shorter. Thank you.
