“What a wonderful post office! Friendly and efficient staff eager to serve and get customers in and out quickly. Open 8:30-6 pm weekdays and bonus: 9- 3 on Saturday. If you have a debit/credit card, there's a self-serve kiosk 24/7 inside for mailing and more. Due to construction, just go to last building on left and enter via their first driveway. Great experience!”

“The line today was long, only a single rep at the counter today, but they had signs up to warn you about the issue and everyone in line was super nice. The lady at the counter was awesome, helpful, being super efficient with her and people's time, very friendly too. I do feel like this office could use a little love, like some fresh paint and a more efficient layout, and probably better accessibility for people with disabilities.”

“This and only this review I am giving for Arlene. Arlene I am so happy and glad to do this lil review for the kind of service and professionalism you have. I had a package which was getting delivered late and just wanted it before my holiday. I called USPS and Arlene picked up. I explained to her what was going on, she said she’s gonna keep an eye on it and will definitely call me back the next morning.She called me thrice since I couldn’t pick up she left me a voicemail.
I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of the fact that someone would go out of their way to do this kind gesture for me.

“After being told at Wedgwood post office that they could not issue my PM express refund that was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date in their local office and unavailable online, I was advised to call USPS Customer Service who could. The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.”

They get unfairly rated because people don't understand this is NOT a public facing post office. It's just a carrier transfer station.

“I can't tell you how many times I have mailed a. Package and stand in such a long line only for them to tell me I can't use this box. I get it... follow the mailing rules, but my God there are so many rules now. I can almost see why they are going out of business again. Just venting... sorry.”
