Worker with the purple hair was immediately rude the second I walked in and yelled over and over “not here”. I can see why this place has 2 stars. Word of advice- if you don’t like your job, get a new one! Stop being a miserable person

One of the most frustrating USPS experiences I’ve had. Mail goes missing, no clear answers, and staff seem completely disconnected from what’s happening. A mailbox service should provide security and peace of mind — not anxiety every time you expect important mail.

I can't tell you how many times I have mailed a. Package and stand in such a long line only for them to tell me I can't use this box. I get it... follow the mailing rules, but my God there are so many rules now. I can almost see why they are going out of business again. Just venting... sorry.
