Expect little help from the employee there. Told basically nothing can be done on the issue we had, then we’re told USPS technically could’ve done something based on someone’s previous experience with the same issue we had that they eventually resolved, but the employee did not guide us through that process of how to do it nor did he seem interested in helping.

The younger Asian woman (sorry I did not see her name tag) is amazing. She is sweet, jokes with you and makes you feel like she cares. The older gentleman is caring and takes time to help his elderly customers. On the other spectrum the lady with the purple hair is HORRIBLE. When waiting in line, I just PRAY she does NOT HELP me. She BERATED so many customers in front of me it’s like a firing squad of poor service. Customer 1 (elderly) was here to pick up mail, purple lady yells at her and says “we have not offered that service in months”. (Meanwhile a gentlemen is picking up held mail 2 windows down) Next customer approaches purple hair lady, and ships priority mail but asks why is the shipping so expensive. Purple hair lady yells “well your the one who chose to use our packaging” I don’t know how this lady still has a job, but mam you are currently a government employee and not the soup Nazi from Seinfeld . This job is not for you!!!!

Fake niceness, you can’t smile to distract from how sarcastic and short you’re being, I get trying to get through customers as fast as you can, but an attitude is not needed. Laughed at me for having a giant envelope with important documents and made a sarcastic comment all because I took one extra second to read a screen, and then another sarcastic comment when I paid in cash.

Always a pleasant experience. Drive a little further just to come to this location. Carmen assisted today and she was helpful and nice.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today but was not. I heard the mailman outside thinking it was here. The mailman went past my house and up the street, when he came back down getting ready to turn up the street I stopped him and asked if he had a package for me he said no and then asked me my name. He looked on the floor picked up a package and said no. Let me back track. He was across the street and up a little ways delivery a package to a house. When he told me he didn't have a package for me and he was rude about it. I went to the house across the way and asked the homeowner if the package they got was for them or for me and gave them my name. It was for me. He wasn't even my regular mailman. I will never purchase anything that usps has to deliver.

Shoutout to Roland at the post office—absolute gem of a human. Every time I come in to ship an urn (yes, really), I somehow end up picking up flags too. It's become our little tradition. Roland always greets me with a smile and a quick joke—last time he teased me about shimmying up the flagpole outside to collect my flag. It’s that kind of light-hearted, kind service that makes errands a little brighter. Efficient and just the right amount of sass for a funeral director who deals with so much grief on a daily basis. Thanks, Roland!

The lady with the pink hair was quite unprofessional and rude. I asked a simple question and she acted like it was a burden to provide the answer while shooing me out of the store

After my mom went to ask about a shipping bill, she called me to tell me how embarrassed she felt due to forgetting her wallet and ID. Not a big deal, we all do it sometimes, however purple hair lady decided to announce to everyone that my mom cant be helped because she forgot her ID. What kind of business humiliates their customers to the point of calling family to express their stress? I am very upset because I know my mother is polite and soft-spoken. To those reading this who have parents that aren’t fluent in English, Im sure you know this anger.

There's a couple of issues going on at this location. Packages aren't getting scanned properly and then they mysteriously disappear, etc. Also, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The lady with the purple hair and east coast accent is very rude and combative, she gaslights and speaks in a extremely degrading tone. She literally refused to check on the status of a missing package that was never scanned. I also witnessed her give the same despicable treatment to other customers, including an elderly man which was really sad. This woman needs to be removed immediately, and should not be working with the public.

Very small yet full service post office only major thing to note here is that they close earlier than every other post office in Tacoma for some reason I cannot answer.

Was 11th in line when I entered. Just 2 employees working the counter. Purple hair went on a break, leaving 1 very knowledgable lady who was handling everything including a trainee. When it was my turn, there were still over 10 in line. Where was the manager? Very poor mgmt. There over an hour from 2:20 to 3:36.
