Update: I went to the post office and asked to speak with a manager, and I was told by the manager that it is “too much of an inconvenience to deliver anything to my door as I live on the third floor“ that just seems like an unacceptable answer to me, especially because the manager specified that if I lived on the first or second floor, I would be far more likely to have my package delivered to my door. The postman that delivers my mail literally NEVER brings things too large for my box to my door. I just don’t understand….UPS just delivered an 80lb desk to my door last week, but today I was awaiting a hoodie yall…a hoodie, And this usps mail person took it back to the post office claiming that it was “too large to fit in the mailbox”. Why can’t they bring things to my door? This is NOT the first time and unfortunately I work a 9-5 job which makes getting to the post office to pick it up myself very difficult. I feel like delivering packages is a BASIC part of their job….

I sent mail to many places and everyone did a very good and enthusiastic job, but today the person working at Mill Creek, named Ying, she was very bad.

Mail person noted my box was full with a slip of paper and to pick up package at the office. They wrote the wrong moth on the slip. At the post office, they told me the package wasn't there because of the wrong date. I told them the date was wrong. After a little insistence, the lady walked in the back. Prentended to look for 5 sec and told me it wasn't there. She didn't check or believe me. I insisted and was told to talk to the supervisor. I waited 5 min for the supervisor. Who also didn't believe me. After some more instances they finally looked and found my packages.

If I could give this office a negative star I would. God forbid you run into any issue. The rudeness is off the charts. Waiting for any kind of assistance will cost nearly an hour of your life and good luck getting your issue resolved. They’re always under staffed!Irritating to say the least.I will never ever for as long as I live use this office. Horrible horrible horrible

First time walking in here today to do any business and I hope I’m not forced to come back. The lady with the purple hair is rude and will instantly try and gaslight you into believing your package isn’t going to be back there when you know it is after opening a service request. My apartment is under construction and the carrier has no access to a secure location for packages larger than the mailbox currently. It was marked “delivery attempted” on Nov 16th so I requested service to track it down. I received a call from USPS letting me know why it wasn’t delivered and where I could pick it up.That’s why there are 2 stars instead of one because some people are actually trying to do their jobs. When I went in to the Mill Creek location I tried to tell her exactly what I was told to do and she barely let me get a word out during this whole interaction. I tried showing her my address so she could go look but she refused to look at my phone or just take a few seconds to let me tell her the information. And then she tried to say no one would have called me from USPS but I knew for a fact that they did.She came back from retrieving the package but it was another package that I didn’t even know had been delivered or attempted. They need to do a better job at updating deliveries properly and listening to what customers tell them. It will make their jobs easier.I’ve also never been asked for my ID when I get packages delivered and I don’t put my actual name on my packages because of privacy and stalking. So that was strange.Update: apparently I will have to go there every single time since the mail man won’t bring packages to the door. And marks them as delivered even though they aren’t delivered and then lies to my face about it.Also walked in there today to pickup at about 4;20pm and there are at least 10 people waiting to pick up packages. They had been there about 45 minutes . Do better.

I use this location frequently and dont understand why it has bad reviews. It can get pretty busy during peak hours but there is a self service machine in the lobby that is super quick and easy to use. Overall, clean location, upfront parking available, and every time I had to ask customer service employees for a question they were very polite and well trained.

I primarily use the self-service postage and shipping options at this location, but love love love it! The only lobby that remains open after hours allowing you to handle your self-service shipping needs - such a LIFE SAVER!!!!The lobby has always been clean and stocked with flat rate, priority, and express USPS provided boxes and envelopes. Kiosks have always been in working order and easy to operate. This location remains active with PO Box owners and patrons alike, keeping a safe feeling of steady traffic after hours.Ample free parking in the private lot. Letter drop box in the roundabout to get to the parking lot, as well as a letter drop off and a pre-stamped package drop off in the lobby. Options for quick and convenient mailing services! I do wish there was a similar USPS further north offering the same after hours availability, but very thankful Mill Creek USPS still does!

The package delivery drivers who works at the location are a disgrace! I purchased a coffee machine online. It was supposed to be delivered today so I decided not to go to work just to make sure that I receive it on time. Then I get an email from USPS saying an delivery attempt has been made and they will attempt redelivery?! And they left a notice. On their website, under reason they wrote, "Item too large for the mailbox"!?? Like how d*** of a reason is that! Of course a coffee machine will not fit inside a mailbox! That's why you need to deliver it at the door. You don't need to be a genius to figure that out right? But I guess they couldn't figure that out LOL. So they decided not to deliver it. And my apt is 15-20 seconds walk from the mail box. They decided not to walk 15 seconds and drop it off by my door, instead take it back and do a redelivery attempt! I don't even know what to say! And the most annoying part was they didn't leave a notice but they said they did! So basically they're straight up lied on their official website. What a shame!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I just moved to Mill Creek a year ago and haven’t had a problem until last week. I ordered a desk from Amazon and they used USPS to deliver. I got a pink slip saying it won’t fit in the box(obviously it’s a 4 ft desk). So I went to pick it up and they told me they don’t have it and don’t even know where my desk is. They took my phone number and pink slip and said they would call me. It has been a week, no phone call, no delivery. So I rescheduled delivery for the 18th and nothing. My tracking status says it is at the post office. I am upset, a desk that was bought with a prime membership shouldn’t take over a week to be delivered. I know this is both Amazon and USPS messing up. I don’t know if I should believe the post office workers or the tracking number. I would just like my desk please.

I hate going to this location as the women that work here absolutely hate their job, hate you and have no problem letting everyone know how miserable they are. They treat you like you are a problem instead of helping you. Not once in the last year has any woman working there been decent. The one star is for the man who works here, always smiling and helpful. The women even yell at him and tell him not to help the people in line.Thank you sir, if this place hired more people like you the rating would go up.

My one star is for the only nice man I have encountered here. Every single time I come in the woman with short black hair is so rude. I wanted help with my package before I sealed it off incase I mess up & had to reopen it so it wasn’t sealed when I got called up. She rudely told the nice guy I should have got sent to the back of the line again since there is a “long” line of people… there was not that many people behind me. She definitely could have said it nice & directly to me. Very rude & unprofessional.

I absolutely hate going here, I use non-government agencies for my shopping 89% of the time but when they get too expensive...I am forced to deal with these people. First thing in morning they open, 1 teller to help 10 people, and it stayed that way for the entire 30 minutes I stood in line waiting. They don't package anything for you, they don't tell you how to do anything before you go up to the counter, so if you didn't do it right then you got to go back and get back in line... This place is a joke

A package that was sent to me was missing my street address. I found out about it shortly after it shipped, and was able to track it until it got to the post office. The final tracking update said that the item could not be delivered nor returned to sender, so it was "disposed of". I had been waiting weeks for this package, and it wasn't cheap, either.I went to the post office, told them what happened, and they promptly looked through their packages until they found it! The supervisor (I didn't get his name, sorry) must have been looking for a good 10-15 minutes. That's a significant chunk of time for a single package, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the effort!
