Pathetic experience with the store. The employees sell fraud schemes with hidden charges with the false commitment. Stay away from this store. Instead please visit the corporate stores in Woodinville or Alderwood mall

Jonny & one of the employees (we think he was Jonny's supervisor) helped me and my husband with excellent service related to our iphones last weekend. We were so glad to have gone to the Mill Creek store, it definitely has very friendly & knowledgeable employees. Jonny was very attentive, very pleasant to work with, and did an amazing job during the whole process of setting up my new iphone. Thank you so much!!

Jonny and Max helped my boyfriend and I get new iPhones. Max is extremely knowledgeable and Jonny is very motivated to learn. They were a pleasure to work with and worked really hard on making sure we were happy. They also helped up get our screen/lens protectors on.Thanks for a good experience!Max needs a promotion!

We told the woman here we did NOT want insurance added to our plan and she did it anyway for $60 a month. I’m going to report this location as high up as I possibly can. You’re not going to get away with this.Edit to add: She also added $10 per month in Cloud knowing I had lots of data unused and now our once free DisneyPlus Bundle is $10. Are you kidding me? This is totally unbelievable. Can you be any more disgusting? We had a BABY with us. Like, we’re a small family and she did the whole small talk thing with us and acted like a genuine person, only to try and defraud us.We verbally stated we did not approve the insurance. You summarized the contract and told us what we’d be signing for while leaving out the insurance charges. When you showed us your screen, we specifically said we do not want to insurance and you assured us we wouldn’t be charged.Report filed.

The location of this store is great as well Max is very nice and helpful, on the other hand hand Corey is not friendly at all not ether want to help customers, I have been at this store a few times and 2 of these times and have been attended by him and both times it was not pleasant. If you get there look for Max instead.Just replying to owner question. The problem I had was that I placed an order for 2 new iPhones and to later find out the store added a few other items to my order, I know I could just say I don’t wanted the extra items later when I come to pick the phones, but so they could have in stock to sale to someone else, they had to use someone’s order to add it too? and I guess I was the one chosen ?. Now I know that my 2 phones has arrived at the store and I can not pick it up because there is an Apple Watch that hasn’t arrived yet, and because of it they can not release the phone to me because part of the order hasn’t been delivered yet (which I didn’t order my self). Now I have to wait for the for everything to come in before I pick up my phones and can not even cancel the order. Not happy with this at all.

Max is amazing! He is very helpful and made sure we left with no questions or issues. He also makes sure that everyone is taken care of. He's super friendly and works really hard. I definitely recommend him to anyone who goes to this store! 10/10

Frustrating. People give varying responses. Left store with battery charge being forced to stop at 85%. Called to have this resolved...phone chat was unable to resolve or understand. Later tried to get clear understanding of data charges and could p ly get unhelpful chat canned reponses. I am so unimpressed.

Before going I looked at my closest Verizon stores and picked this one because of the high reviews. I’ve never had my own phone plan and I went in trying to get an idea how it all works. I get they work in sales, but how I was treated was not okay. I could tell they were irritated when I didn’t understand something, and the guy who had been helping me said they would be right back but never came back out. Instead another girl came out and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was on a tablet finishing up someone else’s order, and when I asked about other phones she said there was no point learning about other deals until they checked my credit. I got up, left, went straight to the Bothell Verizon, and got a new phone/plan there. I knew I wanted Verizon, and if they would’ve taken the time to help they would’ve gotten the sale. Don’t recommend here if you have questions, they just want an easy sale. Also there was only like one other person in the store with multiple employees so it wasn’t a matter of it being busy.
