“Made my older Benz look new again!For the previous eight months my poor car sat under a cottonwood tree, all the while getting completely covered in sap and debris. I couldn't for the life of me get any of it to come off, but Advanced Auto Reconditioning got all of it off and made my paint look great! I didn't think my car could look this nice again. I never would have found them if not for Google, since they are hidden behind a dealership and not visible from the road.Do note that I swapped the front bumper and wheels the day before I dropped it off, but everything else was their handiwork.”

They started working on the car about 10 mins before the time of my appointment and finished in about 30 minutes which I thought was surprisingly fast. The technicians were courteous and had good customer service. I would definitely come back here next time.”

“Les Schwab Edmonds HWY99.Had a screw in my tire. Took my car to Costco after they told me on the phone to come in early in the morning so I could be the first one in line. When I got there they they told me I had to leave my car for the whole day. Got the run arounds. Went down the street to Les Schwab in Edmonds. These guys are doing it right!!! The girl at the counter was prompt and had a great attitude. The technician was informative and nice. They told me it’ll take about 2 hours. They got my car in and out with in an hour. The best part of this shop was their attitude and transparency. No run arounds. Definitely will use this particular store again for my car needs.”

“I'd been delaying fixing my tire since I stopped by here over a week ago. I didn't stay that time, not for any reason really, when he told me they have to take the tire off, other than I didn't feel like it?.So I decided to call today and see if I could just drop it tonight and pick it up tomorrow and Jason said sure.As always was running late and by the time we got there they were gonna close in 4 minutes. As the young man was taking my info he asked if I'd like to about 20 minutes so they could fix it now.I was like, oh that's so sweet but I know you're about to close. Well, he rather insisted, so I agreed!(I'm sorry I didn't get your name).Left the key, ran across the street to get burgers and then sat with mom in her car til they were done.I wasn't timing them but I'm sure they were done in less than 20.I expressed my deepest gratitude and said, "you all are amazing" and that I'd write a raving review?.And it's true.They went above and beyond and were so sweet about it like it was just what they do.So, thanks guys so much! “First off, not all Les Schwab locations function equally so consider this a location based review.I first came here for tires a little over a year ago after a friend had been through some mishaps at other locations and had a good experience. They were great! Fast and kind even though I can be a bit of a nervous person.I recently had a bad experience with another location and couldn't decide if I should leave and try this location or not. I struggle to complain because: - everyone has bad days and - you never know what's actually causing the problem behind the scenes. (I don't like getting people in trouble for reacting to bad situations.)I digress. I called this location (Shoreline) and explained my difficulties. I was immediately taken care of and understood. I drove up and they got me in and out post haste (maybe an hour?) with everything done. (I realized after the fact I hadn't even had a chance to ask about tire rotation which was likely needed and they just did it. They even reset the TPMS without asking which doesn't always happen...even when you ask... when you get tire service. (how many times my car manufacturer has not reset this has become a game for me. Love getting my brakes done w/ balance...only to set off and leave the TMPS flagged.)Anyhow. Quick and Kind even when I'm not at my best. I don't know a better way to thank them than reviews. So here yah go:Go here. They may be upper edge tire cost wise but if you look into tire reviews they have a good range of prices for well rated tires(going cheaper you're going to be running in to quality sacrifices) and their service is awesome! It pays for itself in the long run. Trust. If you're my friend and need help, I'll go begging for yah. ?I don't think I've ever had a tire shop I've felt comfortable or confident with in 35 years of driving until now.Thanks again guys!”

“They go so far above and beyond I can't thank them enough. Steve installed brake pads on my extremely complicated car. He was great at communicating with me, and when the brake pad sensor stopped working a few days later, he worked around my schedule to replace it at no cost to me. All the people working there are so nice and knowledgeable. It's very clean and the waiting room is warm and comfortable. I wish I could give them more stars!”

I tried to go to a competitor that was closer to my house to get my low pressure tired assessed but they couldn't get me in. I called Discount Tire and they said to come on down.
