“I blew out two tires on my way to my daughter’s band concert about an hour before closing. There’s never a good time for that to happen, but for me it was definitely a “when it rains, it pours” kind of day.
Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert.
What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter.

“Had an appointment to get new tires installed. When I arrived, the tires I'd selected weren't in stock. We agreed that the website shouldn't have let me select those tires if they weren't available, but the employee made it right and got me 4 new tires installed within the hour. Great customer service! “I had a nail stuck in my tire and after the job was done, the steering became wobbly. After the manager heard of the new issue, they called me immediately and offered to fix, no questions asked. They made me and my truck a priority. The manager, Paul, was very kind and attentive. He is the kind of person who makes a business successful! All around great customer service from every employee I interacted with. Not to mention they have coffee and snacks while you wait.”

“Made my older Benz look new again!For the previous eight months my poor car sat under a cottonwood tree, all the while getting completely covered in sap and debris. I couldn't for the life of me get any of it to come off, but Advanced Auto Reconditioning got all of it off and made my paint look great! I didn't think my car could look this nice again. I never would have found them if not for Google, since they are hidden behind a dealership and not visible from the road.Do note that I swapped the front bumper and wheels the day before I dropped it off, but everything else was their handiwork.”

“The dollar tree store here was well organized in all my visits and have product that's available everytime I go there. The dollar tree stores I've been in get to be pretty messy with product spread all over the place. This particular one seems to keep it in order and shelves are full of merchandise in it's proper spot.friendly employees on top of it”

“Brought my car here twice and it was handled quickly and smoothly. Had my rear calipers, drums and pads swapped out, only to bring it back with more brake problems 5k miles later. They discovered a leak in the new rear caliper that was messing with the parking brake assembly. All replaced free of charge under warranty. I fully expected to pay for new brake lines when I came in. Good business here and they take care of you.”
“Been going to DT since when Bothell still seemed affordable to young families. Must've bought at least 4-6 sets of Bridgestones for my cars through the years.
Heck the 2nd to last set outlasted its 80k warranty by a full 20k going as far as 100k. That's nothing to scoff at when you see the terrible condition of our roads. Surprisingly the replacement set suffered premature wear within 25k so they sold me a new set at a prorated price citing that as manufacturer's defect.
So yeah you can take it to the bank that I will be a lifetime customer”
