We were having a friendly conversation tonight at the register when a rude “Karen” chimed in with her unwanted overly opinionated statements—She was extremely rude to him and he kept his cool while defending his opinion and having her reminding him she was entitled to her own opinion—yes Lady this is still a free country but you weren’t invited to share you opinion. I’m sure she would be the type to jump on social media to make a fuss so hopefully my positive review will stand out-I Wish I could have been bold enough to tell the rude customer off for him but he was very professional in keeping his cool.”

“This Albertson's gets my A+ Covid score. The employees have their masks on and their masks are actually covering their mouth and noses. The team includes people cleaning and disinfecting different areas of the store. A staff member was at the front making sure the shopping carts were clean. There are directions and arrows throughout the store to ensure one-way traffic. Few businesses have this attention to detail and I will continue to shop at this location. I also commend them on the broad range of hours that they are open. I come in between 6 and 7 AM and I'm able to shop with very little social distancing issues. Nice job Albertsons.”

“Dropped in on a Saturday and they were open. Hawthorne Road in Spokane, WA. Cara didn't miss a step when we asked about opening a new account. She dropped what she was doing and took care of us ASAP. She found us the best-suited accounts and cards for our needs in no time at all. The whole process of two new accounts and two new credit cards was done in 30 minutes or less. Cara was pleasant and fun. Bravo!”

But not by much and don't forget to check the change drop because it always seems to drop at least 30 to 50 coins if you change too many coins at once.”
