“Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”

“pat is the fricking man, I cannot count how many times I've gone into the branch and requested document documents and came out sloppy and unorganized. I just got two years worth of bank statements from pat, and he Individually stapled them by month and separated my business and personal for me, which just saved me a ton of time.

“It was so nice to use their ATM to make a withdrawal from my debit card and they didn't charge me $3 each time. Maybe all banks don't, idk but it made me happy on a crappy day. I live nearby so I'm going to use this one from now on. $15 a month to get my own money is ridiculous but I don't want to carry much cash on me.

“Hope is an exemplary employee. I didn’t have my mortgage statement with me as we drove up to bank. Hope patiently pulled up my account and took extra time to process mortgage manually. She gave all three of my kids an ice cream bar at the drive up window while we waited, and took extra time to make sure our experience was wonderful!
