“I came to Canopy with a checkered banking past. They opened up my account and I STILL had some money management skills to learn and ended up overdrafting beyond what my finances could repair. They never sent me to collections and when I became more financially secure they worked a payment plan out with me and we reopened an account once I made good on my past due balance. They have always treated me like family, even though my troubles. I will never close my account with them. “I was one of the founding members of a networking group in the Spokane Valley and we have relied on WA Trust and the Sullivan branch in particular to hang on to our group's money for years. They always do an amazing job and their tellers are super friendly. On occasion I have to speak with Tracey, the branch manager and she has always been nothing but professional. “I recently reopened my account at wa trust.Because my employer uses Chase bank out of Detroit, they put it on a ten (business day) hold. David , the manager was very considerate and gave me $35 so that I would be able to get gas for my commute. I have banked with wa trust in 2017, when I deposited $80k, and they let me withdraw $10k in cash that same day. I would recommend this bank over others because they are very willing to work with their customers. The financial department from my employer has contacted David and they have released my funds. My family has banked with wa trust for decades and they seem to be one of the best.”

“Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”
