“I hope management sees this, because I really want you to hear how very helpful and kind an employee of yours named Keanu was to my friend and I yesterday 7/3 at the Spokane Valley Fred Meyer at Sullivan and Sprague during checkout. There is an ice shortage due to a heat wave, and he went through the trouble of calling the fuel department for us, and found us the ice we desperately needed to keep my baby’s food cold. Additionally, he saw we were short on hands with the grocer”

“Props to Cashier Lonnie tonight at the Northpoint location in Spokane. We were having a friendly conversation tonight at the register when a rude “Karen” chimed in with her unwanted overly opinionated statements—She was extremely rude to him and he kept his cool while defending his opinion and having her reminding him she was entitled to her own opinion—yes Lady this is still a free country but you weren’t invited to share you opinion. I’m sure she would be the type to jump on social media to make a fuss so hopefully my positive review will stand out-I Wish I could have been bold enough to tell the rude customer off for him but he was very professional in keeping his cool.”
“The other amazing lady's name is Bobbie!!!! Sara and Bobbie!!! Big shout out to you too ladies especially for everything that you do on a dated bay basis for all of your customers. U2 ladies work your butts off and you're amazing and I would never shop at another Safeway because I know you guys aren't there. Your whole team of employees are amazing. I wish I had everybody's name but you two have made a very big impact in mine in my children's lives and I know that's weird coming from just a grocery shopper but I'm a mom and I shop here a lot and it really makes a whole world of difference how Amazing you guys are so thank you for being you. I definitely appreciate it and I would never give the safe way less than five stars you guys are on point with everything. The store is always clean. The staff is amazing again like I said you two ladies are the icing on the cake you guys just make it a wonderful experience you're so helpful and you're always just right there to help.”

“This is the biggest Walmart I've been to in years. Wow, toys, housewares, clothes, electronics, hardware, food! Not as many boardgames as Target but lots of other toys. We bought some of everything. It's a one stop shop for all your needs. We'll staffed and I could get my questions answered about merchandise. Friendly too and checkout was quick for all the shoppers there. Great store that is well stocked and more importantly well staffed, who seemed happy to be there, like us!”
“I know this is a bad habit to get into but if you can control it, it is so nice to have it when you need it. The service is great, but they are getting very strict and ridiculous with her flexibility in payments. I used to be able to stretch my payment date to the next Monday since I get paid on Friday, but they're being really ridiculous about doing that anymore. I probably won't do this ever again but again, it was very nice When I needed it.”
“WOW!!! First, Please let me tell you about Brittany, who works in Customer Service, Brittany shows an Extraordinary amount of intuition, customer care and professionalism. Brittiany, once when headed for her break, saw me out of the corner of her eye and stopped, seeing my look of lost bewilderment. When I was trying to find Sesame Seeds. Brittany not only showed me sesame seed in the spice isle, but also in ethnic foods.This is not All, I have had serious issues with Safeways Just4u, spending a few minutes a day trying to keep up with the ads. Often finding the items not registering at the checkout. Brittany, said if you have a problem come find me at Customer Service. Her going the Extra Mile makes shopping at Safeway a DELIGHT!!! Beyond that when Brittany, fills in as checker, other store employees look to her for help, And The Lines Move FASTER : ) Brittany Gets Things DONE!I can barely say enough positive things about Brianny, But note, this stores entire Butcher Departments aim is to help customers in any way they can. Travis is a Star, I look forward to seeing him, due to Travis's on the spot helpfulness and knowledge. These attributes make my shopping an Easy Pleasure. WHAT A STORE... As I finish this review. I have to thank the INVISIBLE Management team, none have I seen or met. They lead WELL from behind the scenes. Hooray, HOORAY, HOORAY!!! THANK YOU ALL..........................”
“I like this Safeway! Generally the staff is friendly &'helpful. Safeway almost always has sales on their Signature products. The bread is delicious! Also there's usually even a sale for the canned cat food. I love the freg”
“The store employees are friendly and very helpful at telling me what I already know, that the shelves are empty & no one has time to do it. I don't blame them for being understaffed & overworked but, when my customer only ordered 23 common items & the store shelves are empty of 4 of them, the customer blames me, gives me a bad rating & drops my tip for something that is completely out of my control.”

“Not getting the answer you wanted DOES NOT equate to poor customer service. YOUR insurance company requiring YOUR doctor's office to complete a prior authorization is NOT the fault of Walgreens. The pharmaceutical industry is NOT immune to manufacturer shortages. They CANNOT guarantee that a medication will be available from the time you call and check to the time that your prescription is actually filled. Inclement weather on the pass can delay deliveries. These employees work hard to fill a high volume of prescriptions, all the while getting cussed at and yelled at for things they cannot control. Show them some grace as they are doing the best they can.”
