“Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.
Job came in under budget, towing company (wish I could remember who they are) were fantastic, and Nefs treated us like a long time customer.”
“I had taken my car in to another auto shop three times for an issue with the fuel/exhaust system. The other shop could never find the root of the problem. Preedy’s found the problem right away and took care of it. This is now my regular auto repair and maintenance shop!”
“Was referred to Scotty's Tire and Automotive by a friend, and just had the best car repair service ever! Windshield wiper not working so I called to make appointment. Of course they wanted to know the problem and they said before you bring it in go try this. What? Giving me a this might fix it solution and saying if that didn't work bring it in. I couldn't fix it so I brought it in. 1 hour after dropping it off they called and said ready to go. Turns out it was a simple fix and I asked what I owe. They said absolute nothing. Took us no time. That is a first. I will refer Scotty's to everyone that needs auto repair needs.Side not. I found out their oil changes are 30 dollars less then where I have been going. All of my oil changes and any repairs I need in the future will be at Scotty's.”
“My wife went out to start her car this morning and it wouldn't start. Called Vandervert and they were great on the phone and said I could drop it off and they would work it in this week. I was luckily able to get it to the shop after a jump. Matt was awesome and tested the battery for us and it did turn out to be the battery. Tested the alternator just to be sure and it was fine. Got us in right away and the battery was done in minutes. Definitely will be back for anything else we need done.”

“Received some of the best advice from a friend the other day, to go in and see Liberty Tire. Wow ? am I ever so glad I did! What a great group of people just really cool people! And don’t even get me started about the “office dog”! ? That right there was the price of admission in my book. And the tires you ask? These are the best “gently used” tires I have ever had! Took them out for a test run up on the mountain and they handle like a dream…. Obviously, or I would be off in a ditch somewhere and I would not be writing this right now. ? seriously, amazing good tires amazing price amazing dog and amazing humans that work at Liberty Tire! ??❤️ Thank you!”

“This is one of the best tire shops in all of spokane! The cheapest and the most fairest. I'm not from the city I was driving in from Montana and I needed a new tire. Because I hit my tire at a pole in the dispensary. I called around and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for a new tire even saying that the tires are uneven I have to get more tires. I called a Big bubba and he came in on the clutch I was stuck at a hotel and I needed to get going to the next city cuz I had to go to Corvallis I called Big bubba and he was there for me.! He had the right tire for my Kia soul and he only charged me 60 bucks to not only get the tire but put it on. And they did it before they open at 10:00 a.m. they did it at 9:00 a.m. just as a courtesy. This is one of the best tire shops in all the spokane! It's a down home mom and pop tire shop that's worth the money do not go to these big discount tire places go to bubba's tire shop. They're professionals and they want to help and they're fast..”

“John is THE man, I came because I needed 2 lug nuts. He gave me both of them for free and also filled up all my tires for free. There was 2 lug nuts loose and he made sure to tighten them for me, if John didn’t do that who knows what would happened to me while driving with loose lug nuts. Thank you John. Great experience.”
“It's really unfortunate that there are only two reviews on here for **** Boys and they are both negative. I've been taking my cars there for years. **** who runs the place has been around the block and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always goes the extra mile and gives me good information. He's the only mechanic I know that I trust completely.That said it's a small shop and always very busy. I've you need more done than tires **** is the guy to do the job. He'll be heavily booked so it's best to plan a date ahead of time.”

“I called today, spoke with Justin, then drove my suv to them with my Tyre sensors and valve stems wherein within 30 mins. Matt started on my suv, removed and replaced two showing as faulty on infotainment console. Done within 1hr. Superb customer service, expert attention to detail on my high end vehicle. Another Justin helpful with discussing legal aspect of a previous tech with a different company, who told me after the fact he replaced valve stems. Worn out parts given back to me. Very pleased with everyone who worked with me and my vehicle! Thank you. Highly recommend ? Note - I did not experience sexism at all. They treated me as a knowledgeable human being and spoke kindly.”

“These guys saved me today. I was picking up some gravel at the gravel yard right down the street when I noticed I had a flat once it was loaded. I had an inspection in 30 min so a swung by here. They jumped on it right away and put me back on the road. I’m talking like 15 min. It was great. Thanks to them I made it to my inspection on time.”

Additionally they balanced and rotated my tires for me and I have never felt my tires so smooth! I am done buying the cheap box store tires and letting the box store try to balance my tires. “I ordered four new tires online through the website. I was then able to make an appointment. As a full-time working mom, being able to make an appointment was the reason I went with them. I also drive for work. I can't just drop my car off for a day.
When I went for my appointment there was a waiting room full of people. The kind gentleman at the counter (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) told me because I had an appointment my wait would be between an hour and an hour and a half. But because I had an appointment I was a priority. I was pleasantly surprised when I was back on the road in 45 minutes.
As a women, I feel like we are all anxious of taking our cars in. You need this, up sale that, etc. There was none of that.
I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all involved.”
“I took my 2004 Prius in, thinking it was time for a tune up, plus an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted $414 plus tax for everything, which was exactly what I paid for the same services a year ago. When I called to see if my car was ready, I was told that my car did not actually need the tune-up. My bill ended up being just $142.00. This is the second time I've had my car in here and they have been honest and done quality work. I'll never take my car anywhere else!!”
“I had such a fantastic experience at the downtown Spokane Les Schwab! I came in after my tire pressure light came on, just planning to have my tires checked. Not only did they address my tire pressure, but they also noticed a bulge in one of my tires and advised me to have it evaluated. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and they even managed to get me in for same-day service.
The tire I needed wasn’t in stock at their location, but they went above and beyond by shuttling one in from another store within just a few hours. To top it off, the replacement was completely covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires through Les Schwab.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. This place truly has it going on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tire service!”

“Definitely a 5 star!! I got a flat tire on the way to work and put on the donut spare only to find out the lug nuts for my wheels didn't tighten enough to secure the spare (they had caps.) So very carefully I drove to Les Swab and told them my issue. Seriously within 20 minutes im walking out the door and my van is completely done!! Flat tire repaired, installed back on vehicle and ready to go! They even gave me a set of lug nuts that will secure the spare for if there's a next time. All this for no $ and so fast and courteous.”

“I had a great experience and will be returning for anything my vehicle needs in the future.
For years I've been going to my dealership for regular check ups and to replace my tires, change my oil, etc. Not only were they overcharging me for this, they also missed that my alignment was off. If it weren't for one of the owners seeing my car parked and noticing my uneven tread and giving me his card I would still be driving a misaligned vehicle. They fixed everything in a matter of hours and also shuttled me back to my house while the repairs were going on!
This is a family owned business, better priced than their competition, that reliably and quickly fixes what you need. What more could anyone ask for?”
