“I am so grateful for finding Children’s Character Club. My daughter has unique needs with her genetic disorder and special diet. They were so accommodating, caring, and supportive. She was 2 when she started and was still unsteady in her walking and she always had a hard time trusting people she didn’t know but she acclimated quickly and received wonderful care. She’s 14 now but we continue to maintain relationships with the owners and Courtney the manager. I absolutely recommend CCC.”

“For the last 3 1/2 years, MKK has been my daughter's home away from home. Every single day she wakes up wanting to go to school. Every single day she learns something new she needs to tell me about. She plays hard, she explores her feelings, she has never had a single problem.
Unfortunately she is moving on to kindergarten this year, and I can only hope she never has the fire of learning put out that MKK has nurtured.
Every single interaction I have had with the staff has been positive, I can not say enough good things.”

The teachers here genuinely care about the kids at the center and from my observations they treat the children like family. Most staff speak both Español and English so my child has had a great opportunity to pick up some new words and learn a bit of Español herself. “Childtime of Federal Way was truly the best place for my daughter. She learned so much and the teachers were patient with her. Alma, Darlene, Josie and the rest of the staff were so great with Lena. It was her first year in daycare and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Such a great experience. They made sure she was safe and happy. Clean and safe facility. They were great with her dietary restrictions as well. We moved to a new city or we would still be at childtime. So sad to leave this place. My daughter loved it here!”

“We’ve had a great experience at Kid’s Country. The staff is attentive and cares about the kids. Our son is always excited to go back and see his teachers and friends. We really appreciate the structure they provide, along with plenty of play and learning opportunities.

The facility is clean, safe, and organized, and we’ve seen real growth in our son’s social and emotional development since starting here. They also handle things such as meals and potty training support. The staff is open and friendly and works with parents with potty training and behavioral issues.

Highly recommend Kid’s country for any parent looking for a nurturing and dependable childcare.”

“Sooo my sons been going here for a lil over 2years. I am so glad they've replaced the front desk lady.. the previous one was kinda rude. The new one is knowledgeable, kind, actually talks to you like a person.
All the staff are really kind, helpful, understanding. My son can be difficult but I love that they've helped be consistent in potty training him with me. The classes are smaller for them to easily play, learn, grow at their pace. They are super helpful with making sure he's transported to school & back safely via the bus. They have also made sure the back fence, for outside play is locked so there's no escapees as they are near a busy road.. However my son and I really enjoy going here. My son has grown soo much here and I totally appreciate the staff”

“SVP is an amazing place for toddlers and you children. All of the staff are great with the kids and parents. My 2.5 year old has learned so much since being there. The facility is clean and welcoming.”

“Our 9-year-old son has been at Learning Land Kent Campus for 2.5 years, and we've had a consistently positive experience throughout his time here. We've seen him grow, thrive, and truly enjoy his days. Every time I dropped him off every morning, I always noticed Miss Tai and the kids who were there were welcoming and excited to see and play with him. ---and as a parent, that's everything when you see your son is happy and looks forward to being there.

Over the years, there have been some changes in staff and management, but all of them have been for the better. The current management, Miss Christa and Miss Morgan, are very organized, communicative, and genuinely involved in creating a safe and enriching environment for the kids. Just recently, they're working on renovating and updating the indoor/outdoor campus.

The teachers -- especially Ms. Christa and Morgan played an important role in my son's development and also in our community. Thoughtfully planned family activities are age-appropriate, creative, to help the kids explore and learn, and engage the families.

We truly appreciate the regular updates, photos, and open communication from staff, which helped us feel connected to his daily experiences even while at work or busy life schedule.

The team is dedicated not just to childcare, but to building a strong community.

“The team here play a huge role in my child’s development just in the short time she’s been there. She’s taken care of, allowed to express her self and play with other kids her age. They offer dance and gym classes for my child which she loves and has inspired her personality so much here at home. I’m grateful to the teachers, staff and The director to know my child education and care is in good hands while getting as much socialization as she can??”

“Was a little concerned when I first brought in my Son since he hadn't been in a facility daycare before and was wondering how he would cope but he loves it, am at peace knowing he is happy, thriving and well taken care of, we are so grateful to be part of this family, its clean, well organized, knowledgeable and friendly staff, variety of activities and healthy kid friendly meals, my only regret is I should have brought him much earlier.”

“My grandchildren have been attending this center for almost four years. They simply are the best. The teachers are amazing, the ops staff is welcoming and accommodating. Big shout out to Ms. T. My eldest grandchild had speech delay, Ms. T took time to understand her and help her to express herself. To this day she wants to see Ms. T when her little sister is dropped off, as now she is in the first grade. The only sad thing is, soon the youngest child will be too old to attend booo. I love the daily reports/photos they publish on the app, keeps us up to date on what the kids are doing. I love the variety of meals, really gives the kids an opportunity to try different foods.”

“My 21 year old son went here when he was 3 years old until about 9, as well as my teenage son. My younger kids go there now. The director and owner are amazing I’ve known them for over 18 years. Everyone there is like a family. There are special parties for the kids, they get ice cream parties and pizza parties, huge Easter egg hunts, have the animal petting zoo come visit. They are affiliated with the peirce county library and have a librarian come every Friday to do a special circle time. I wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else!!”

“There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! My son has been at East Hill Kindercare for almost 2 years and we have really enjoyed the experience. Ms. Abby (Director) is always there for parents and you can tell that she loves being in the class with kids too! She is just amazing!
All the teachers have also been a blessing in my son’s life. He comes home talking about them all the time. As a mom, the most important thing for me is to see my child happy and enjoying his time at school, and I can say for sure he gets that everyday! He has also learned so many life skills, communication and academics!

“My son has been in this daycare from 1 to his current age which is 2 1/2 . In this short period of time my son has learned how to count to 10, work on his colors, has a high social development skill, and has also learned how to share and has compassion for others. And is in the process of potty training.
The teachers are absolutely amazing and the kids adore them. They have an amazing communication with not only the kids but also the parents. I love this daycare and hearing all the fun things that happen everyday when I pick my son up. Im so greatful for all the work these lady's do and appreciate every single one of them !”

The Staff there is truly Amazing! And Caring. We have been at this KinderCare for over 5 years and have had a Great experience there! They Truly care for your kiddos and have that as their Focus! My kiddo has grown in leaps and bounds emotionally and academically! All the Teachers are passionate about teaching your kiddo and being creative about how they do that! The Management Team, Bree, Kaitlyn, and Jenny are an Amazing Team! They address any questions and concerns immediately and always have time to listen any time you need to talk!
As for the Food there that your kiddos will get, is Really Good! The Cook, Michelle knows exactly what she's doing! The Food is so Good you will most likely have your kiddo asking for Michelle to make all their food! At least mine does all the time! I'm so happy having my kiddo be here and my kiddo Absolutely love being here as well!”

“Finding a full time daycare was such an emotional process for us however ever since our kids started here it’s been a sigh of relief. We are so thrilled and thankful for the care the Teachers and Directors provide at LP on 348th. There’s a consistent curriculum along with a variety of activities including outdoor activities, Spanish, soccer, and yoga. We feel heard and supported by the staff at LP which means the world!!”

“My son has been attending this center for roughly two years with my oldest son attending a couple years before that before going into kindergarten.

With both of my boys, we have had nothing but amazing experiences with this center. The staff and teachers are kind and truly care about the well-being of the children. Between both of my sons, they have been in almost every classroom in the center and we’ve had the same experience - kindness, respect, and fun education provided by every teacher.

In the mornings when we walk in the center, we are greeted with the biggest ‘good morning’ followed by my son’s name, from anyone in the office. The director and assistant director are always available to help provide assistance, feedback, or just a listening ear if I ever have a question or concern regarding my son’s education or development.

As a parent my biggest goal is ensuring my kids are loved, safe, happy, and healthy, with a good foundation for their future. This center has been all of that and some. My son learned how to spell his name at just two years old! That is solely because of the dedicated teachers that are here.

I have personally recommended this center to many family and friends and will continue to recommend to anyone I can. The teachers and staff have become a part of our family and we are forever grateful!”

“Came in for a tour earlier this month for my four year old son and was amazed by the team and leadership! This was in the middle of lunch but the director was very fun and informative on the center which was a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately the commute is too far but I loved the entire atmosphere!”

“My oldest started here in 2016 and my youngest is in his last “school year” here before starting kindergarten in September so our family has been in the mix for a WHILE. I will say in years past, there were some areas for improvement. The last director was honestly horrible and was one of those people you ask, “why do you work with children when you clearly don’t like them”. She made me consider pulling my son. What kept us there was the amazingly caring teachers, the security (codes on the doors and cameras you can access through a secure app) and how much my son was actually learning. And my prayers were answered with the newest director, Megan. She has shifted this place from fine but everyone walks on eggshells because the environment is so tense to THE MOST warm and welcoming space. They’ve also taken the community connection and fun around learning up a notch. They have electives like Cooking and Spanish- where my son came home teaching me my colors en Espanol! They host family events like Trunk or Treat, Back to School party,
Santa photos and we loved getting dressed up for the Homecoming Dance they put on! If you were hesitant to bring your kiddos before, I totally get it but now it feels like my duty to let parents in the area know what they’re missing!”
