FIX YOUR DAMN CLOCKS!!! They're running about 3 or 4 minutes ahead. I just about killed myself bicycling up there to get there before 1:00 only to see that you had already shut your gate and you told me sorry and pointed at your analog clock that was reading about 1:02 while my cell phone working on satellite time only read 12:58. Total bullshit!

The people here at wonderful. It’s frustrating that they have ”CLOSED for today” signs when I show up during their normal hours (the hours posted on their website). Is there no way to post to the website so I know when it’s actually open?

Friendly and helpful staff. Service is usually quick, and it's easy to get in and out with convenient parking. A good spot for mailing packages.

Post office employees are always sweet, place is clean and has a lot of parking available. Only issue I have is how often they close early, a few times I’ve come in to see they’ve closed early (around 2-3pm) which sucks.

Updating every time I have to go in for a package and they are closed early because this is ridiculous.
Half the time my packages are marked as undeliverable when it can either fit in a locker or be placed at the front door. Then when I go to pick up the package, they are closed early by 30-45 minutes (this has happened 3x) in the past month or so and today is the 4th time.
Closes early again today. 3/21/25
Closed at 4pm today 3/24/25 (whole hour early, I don’t get off work until 4:05 so this is ridiculous).

UPDATE: Well they put a new parcel locker key in my mailbox the next day. And it was still THE WRONG ONE. It was, once again, a key to another empty (and already opened) parcel locker. This is actually insane.
There is nothing good I can say about USPS as a whole. Especially this year. I dread anytime I get notified that a package is being shipped through USPS because I know I will have major issues with it. I live in an apartment complex where packages are delivered to parcel lockers. If they can’t make the delivery for whatever reason, they never leave a slip letting me know. And the one time they did, they couldn’t locate my package when I went in person to pick it up. Held up the line for 20 minutes. Online they just say they’re holding my package at my request, even when I’ve never made such a request. They didn’t even bother to tell me that they couldn’t leave it with the office anymore. Today was the last straw. I had a package delivered, containing irreplaceable items that were not cheap. I got home after receiving the delivery notification, checked my mailbox for the key to the corresponding parcel locker, only to open said parcel locker and find it empty. Since the complex can’t do much regarding mail, this is something I need to sort out with USPS. Either fingers crossed someone got the wrong package and will return it to my door, or they gave me the wrong key and now the package is inaccessible to me. When I tried to submit a request online for this issue, I continue to receive a “There was a problem submitting your Service Request. Please try again later.” Error message. This is ridiculous. If I could opt out of ever using this god awful service again, I would. A mistake every once in a while I understand. But every single time? It’s unacceptable. It shouldn’t be this hard to track down the things that I paid for, and they shouldn’t be making it damn near impossible to get resolved. Do better.

USPS offices are usually not the greatest. This one is by far the worst. Says it’s open till 5 . I came twice : once at 4:55 and they already closed up and just stood behind the counter. Second time at 4:45 and they appearantly “closed early”. Well that’s nice to know.

They kept my mail for 4 months, including medications. They told me I had no mail. Then an employee shows up with a large container filled with my mail & medications and left it on my front porch. By then bills were going to collections and many other fines I had to pay.

Fast, convenient, lots of parking. There's gift cards and greeting cards available for sale inside during business hours only. Lobby open even after hours. Missing 1 star because entry area stinks, there's a homeless person leaving trash outside the USPS.

My packages are delivered on time but one of the employee at the front desk is not doing her job well. Every time I came in she always gives me that attitude cuz she’s tired of how I always come in with a lot of packages but what should I do? That’s a post office. There’s no rules for customer not to bring in too many packages. She even switched the papers for my packages which they had different address.

Please, either label the building with USPS or trim the tree that is covering the street sign.01/31/24: Please post your hours online and update daily. I understand understaffing and limited hours but to not know what time I can mail a package until I’m at the physical post office has led to many unsuccessful and frustrating post office runs. I would like to support our local USPS.
