“I usually order paint online. I've had kind-of mixed experiences... one time, they were out of the paint I ordered and said it would take like a month or two to get it. I think it was COVID supply chain stuff, but it would have been nice to have the availability on the website (or notify me sooner - it took them several days to reach out and tell me). But... whatever. The other few times I've purchased paint online and picked it up has been super easy - buy paint online, get a discount, go in and pick it up... BLAM. Easy-peezy. I just can't complain about that. So, 5-stars-for-you.”
“Friendly folks who helped me confirm a paint color from a patch of drywall and mixed a gallon of paint for me. Just like your local coffee shop barista can remember your coffee order, these guys remember customers by their Sherwin Williams paint color... I'm gonna be "Agreeable Gray" though apparently it's very common and unremarkable.... Yay me! ?”
