A great big thank you to Kassy Garcia! She did a 5 star job matching my needs to this bank's services. She is reliable, efficient, and personable. I am new to US Bank and very happy. I appreciated Scott's support to bank employees as well. Great job Monroe US Bank!

Fast and friendly service. Left my debit card in the ATM the other day and got a phone call from the bank letting me know they have it and will hold on to it until I drop by. Thank you Kassy!

When you use their drive-through they're epically slow. But when you go in they are more worried about telling you what they can't do for you and telling you what they can. On two occasions I've stormed out so mad because of the crappy service. Any other US branch is fine. It's just the one in Monroe.

Discriminatory practices. They decide whether or not you can access your money even when it is in your account. Scott is really lazy and always sits there doing nothing while there's a long wait. This bank is not trust worthy.

I've been working directly with Scott, the Assistant VP and Branch Manager here. He has gone above and beyond to help me through a difficult time. My father passed in 2020 and my mother fell ill a year later and I inherited the job of cleaning up their estate. If you've ever dealt with large banks, you know how defeating it can be to go through tons of bureaucratic tape to get anything accomplished. Scott has personally stepped in to ensure I got the account info I needed - with proper documentation of course - whether I was looking to pay their mortgage, close an account, whatever I needed, he has been there. Thanks, Scott and the entire US Bank Monroe team!

I've been banking with US Bank a long time and so far I was happy. Unfortunately the branch in Monroe I am banking with for the last 6 years service has been having terrible service in 2021 year and it is getting worse every day ... Never before I had to wait 10-15 minutes every time when I was doing just simple deposit and it became normal here now. Most of the time the branch has not more than 3 people in the bank and as a result very often you have people waiting in line for about 10 minutes at least on average. US Bank keeps saying that they are "the most admirable" company in the World but people who are waiting in line for easy simple transaction definitely do not think so. Today I was waiting for almost 15 minutes while when I came in there was only one customer and only 1 teller (as usually) servicing customers. Second teller was on the phone ALL the time I was waiting - even when I got 3 people waiting in line behind me plus the manager was talking on the phone as well all this 15 minutes time...... After about 10 minutes of waiting the only customer who was in front of me said: " I might need to open a new account"! All of the sudden the manager who was talking on the phone for 15 minutes ignoring me and the other customers dropped his phone talk and now teller and the manager both were talking with the customer who asked about opening the new account while thot already 4 people in front of them (including me) waiting in line .... I can go on and on about it but I am sick and tired of this kind of service and seriously thinking about switching the bank. I would ask anyone who has similar experience with US Branch in Monroe, WA to speak up! US Bank should change management and go back to normal customer service they used to have or they will loose many customers .... Very disappointed customer

Management needs to figure out why it takes so long with bank tellers. Every time I need to come inside I hope that it will be efficient, but every time I am disappointed with how long it’s takes to be helped and how long I have to wait in line. I’ve never been inside a bank that lacks such urgency to help its customers. I’m not saying they don’t work hard and but the urgency isn’t there, especially when a long line is present.

Great service helping with our business accounts and employees credit cards, especially as we grow in the amount of money we're handling. Appreciate the leadership and dedication at this branch!

Had an issue with my card where it kept getting declined, called the number on the card and was surprised to find my card numbers had been stolen! The lady over the phone was very professional and immediately helped me find the fraud transactions, and within 2 days i had my money back. I went into this local branch to get a new card and was treated well and with quick service. Would reccomend this bank/branch too anyone in the monroe area, they treat their customers very well!

CONSUMER WARNING!! RE: Purchasing stamps from US bank ATM machines. Stamps are $0.47 each; if you only buy one or two stamps from a post office instead of a full book, they charge $0.50 each. US bank's standard fee per book of stamps (18 stamps) is $3.08 AND the fee is per book, not per transaction. Which resulted in a $12.32 add on fee because I purchased 4 books from the ATM machine in one transaction. The total charge was $46.16 ($33.84 for 72 stamps and $12.32 in fees). I called US bank today and gave them my opinion: A 30% mark up is poor customer service and I feel a flat fee per transaction is more appropriate, keeping on par with bank ATM fees for cash, or even having a smaller mark up charge per book of stamps; but $3.08 per book of stamps, is CRAZINESS!!
