We have 2 hide a hose systems for more than 6 years. last year one of the hose systems stopped working because an in-line valve had deteriorated. our installer came and replaced the worn out valve in less than 15 minutes (service call $119, HAH valve $213, total $332). The second hide a hose system failed last week. I called the home office and spoke with Rod regarding the situation. Not only did he advise me what he suspected had happened (worn HAH valve) , sent me a replacement at no charge, I repaired the valve following simple instructions in less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the customer representative who not only responded to my inquiry but provided a means of assessing the situation and providing a solution. Nothing but kudos for hide a hose manufacturer who stand behind the products. As for the installation/ service company I am disappointed in that they clearly took advantage of the situation and charged an inflated cost for their service and more so the charge for the part that they replaced !

Service Awesome Selection awesome Value awesome, the team at hide a hose are the best. Love my new hide a hose. Best thing I ever did, the team at hide a hose from installing ordering and just knowing that it's a small town family business are the best. You will never own another conventional vacuum after owning, and installing a hide a hose the best. Sergio and Emily are the best and Laura who helped Sergio put our hide a hose in the best all very professional. Way to go hide a hose !!!!!

We are very happy we selected hide-a-hose. We had the old style plug in hose system and retrofitted to hide a hose. Emily provided quick and timely updates, knew the product inside and out, and set us up quickly. The installer Sergio was absolutely incredible. Sergio was very professional, very friendly, and an expert installer. We had a follow up request after install and Sergio returned quickly and promptly and completed work at no charge. Sergio and Emily are true professionals and put their customers first. Highly recommend this business.

Such an exceptional service and staff. The locking valve broke on our eight year old HAH system, and they replaced it with brand new one. Sergio came out Friday afternoon on his way home. Fast, efficient and very nice service person. Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with the company and such a pleasant staff. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Jason's customer service, communication and quality installation. We had a difficult house to retrofit an in-wall vacuum system into our mid-century house with a floating joist floor. He worked with us to create the best system and flow and were super pleased with the process and end result. His post-purchase customer service is exceptional and beyond reproach. He truly goes above and beyond to support our inquiries. We look forward to contacting Jason again when we remodel our lower floor and extend the system he installed upstairs to the rest of our house.

I love this system, we have had it for about 4 years now. I love that it is not noisy (the "tank" is in the garage) and there are no odors when you vacuum because of this too. I do not have allergies but if I did I am sure this would be the best. The air is not thrown back in the room it is sucked right out. It is modern with no hoses to store in a closet (they are stored in the system in the walls!) and extremely effective-, the dirt and hair are out of sight and I only need to clean the tank every couple months. The wand attachments are also versatile. The customer service is top notch, no that there have been any issues at all other than normal wear and tear. I highly recommend this company and this product.
