“Daniel was amazing! I was driving to Seattle and had broken down in Moses Lake, I am grateful that my insurance company found this business to accommodate me. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for the night because it was past business hours from any shops. Daniel not only towed my vehicle to a dealership but dropped me off at my hotel for the night. As we all know dealerships have their own special rules, Daniel mentioned that he also has a shop and can help me with my vehicle. I said that I would see what the dealership would say and let him know. The next day the dealership wanted to automatically charge me $200 for a diagnostics test. Daniel had already said it was the alternator, so this was easy. I called Daniel to pick up my Jeep. Had I stuck with the dealership, I likely would have paid $1,500 off the top and then they likely would not have even been able to resolve my issue. The job was not easy for Daniel but he got it done, picked me up from my hotel, got me back on the road to Seattle and ensured I made it home. I had already been stressed out and his customer service was excellent and eased my mind and didn’t break the bank. I would 100% recommend him to anyone local and to anyone who is broken down on the side of the road. Thank you Daniel!”

“I was travelling from Seattle to Wyoming in a vehicle I had shipped from overseas (military) and about an hour into the drive the AC stopped working. It was during a heatwave, but I tried to make it without AC with my 13 year old son. By Moses Lake, I knew we couldn't make it but didn't know where to go. The first place I stopped would only take appointments, but recommended Scotty's. When I arrived, I wasn't sure they could help because they were busy, but they squeezed us in! They fixed my AC and had us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time, and with cool air!! So kind, professional and competent! I can't express my gratitude.

I heard from 3 dealerships, including a text from Michael Guerra at Bud Clary Honda. Turns out they had the exact Honda CR-V that we wanted. “With family and friends in-tow on the way from Seattle to Couer d'Alene, our check engine light came on. We called Donny near Ellensburg and he was so helpful. Not only did he answer the phone and help us get a diagnostic (at a local O'Reilly's), he and his brother Daniel were willing to help us find parts and get them installed the same day. Donny shuttled us to and from their shop in Moses Lake and we spent a few hours eating dinner and enjoying the town while they made the repairs. They finished in a few hours and we were on our way before dark - our vacation spared a major tragedy.
