I want to thank Josh at the Moses Lake Mattress Firm store for all of his help in his abundance of knowledge of information to help me understand why my previous mattress purchase only 6 years ago was not the right choice for my needs! The sales person that I bought my Sterns & Foster mattress from 6 years ago in South Hill Puyallup, Washington did not have the knowledge that I needed to help me to make the correct decision on purchasing the correct mattress for my medical needs! The new mattress purchase that I made 6 years ago should have been a purchase that I would not have to make another this soon in my having to purchase another brand new mattress again so soon 6 years later! Meaning if I would have had the correct information to help me back then to make the right choice in a mattress that I absolutely needed to help me with my medical needs! I feel very confident in knowing that I am making the correct choice now for my medical needs in this purchase! So thank you very much Josh for all your helpful information and time!

“Very nice selection of furniture, good prices, I hadn't bought a new mattress in forever, and they were very helpful in finding one in my budget range, as well as making sure it fit my needs due to back problems. Delivery and set up was included, and I found it all around a very positive experience. I will be going back soon, there was ZERO sales pressure, yet someone available as soon as I wanted information. Thats not an easy balance to find these days, seems every place is right on top of you to sell you. Beautifully set up store, much bigger on the inside, couldn't believe how much there is, and not crammed together. A real furniture store. The bed is AWESOME.”
