“A little rude at first but after the guy calmed down he was helpful and friendly. A little spiteful today so I'm posting the photos I took. I stopped once asked. Though when I was demand that I "put away the camera" I was texting. Heads up they don't like people taking pictures on the inside. They should probably put up a sign. However, more importantly there furniture is nice and the prices aren't bad.”

I want to thank Josh at the Moses Lake Mattress Firm store for all of his help in his abundance of knowledge of information to help me understand why my previous mattress purchase only 6 years ago was not the right choice for my needs! The sales person that I bought my Sterns & Foster mattress from 6 years ago in South Hill Puyallup, Washington did not have the knowledge that I needed to help me to make the correct decision on purchasing the correct mattress for my medical needs! The new mattress purchase that I made 6 years ago should have been a purchase that I would not have to make another this soon in my having to purchase another brand new mattress again so soon 6 years later! Meaning if I would have had the correct information to help me back then to make the right choice in a mattress that I absolutely needed to help me with my medical needs! I feel very confident in knowing that I am making the correct choice now for my medical needs in this purchase! So thank you very much Josh for all your helpful information and time!
