Isaax !!!! a few months back he got me and my husband amazing deals, fast forward a few months the grandkids clicked on some things and got my new phone a virus 🙃 I know the Verizon agents are not responsible for what we do on our phones and only our actual service, but I called Isaax and asked if he could please help me and he made an appointment for me and got my phone working and flawless again 👏 then yesterday the grandkids did it again, so I'm here one more time and isaax worked his magic and got all the viruses removed and i will forever be loyal to isaax and this Verizon location 📌 Come and visit him, (the other workers are super friendly too) its in front of KFC and incas restaurant! Thank you again isaax for being you!”

“Angel, along with Daniella, plus Jackie, the store manager that all works there was extremely helpful get my fiancée and my cell phone shopping ready and what plans would be available. They all provided the best customer service that I have ever seen in a long time. They was extremely knowledgeable and was a fantastic help. I am changing over tomorrow from another company due to lack of customer service that had happened when the original manager was moved to a larger city. From what I see, so far these workers here are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. Thanks everyone.Just added, a couple days later I came back, the company Boost Mobile would not let me change my phone to Cricket... I will never use Boost again. I had them for ten plus years and their sevice got so bad.... It was very poor but everyone at Cricket did their best excellent work to please my fiancee and me.”
