“I was helped by Michael today and was able to help me fix my eSim issue. Awesome knowledge and was very quick about it. Most importantly, I would like to commend how he was with other clients, there was a build up of waiting customers (predominantly elderly clients) who seemingly needs help with their phones. I unintentionally overheard some of their issues which pretty sounds simple and easy to fix but Michael was very patient and treated them with respect and ultimately fixed their phone issues. Michael definitely needs to be recognized for an excellent service. Kudos to Michael and his team.”

I was in and out with a new phone in probably 10 minutes ( my fastest time ever in a Metro) and I very much appreciated that cuz I was busy with other things I had to do that day...All in all I recommend the store, It was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly...”
