“Normally I don’t ever leave reviews for businesses… I’ve had a lot of issues with the Ephrata location. And the Moses lake location exceeded my expectations in customer service, kindness respectfulness and hospitality. Veronica was very informative as well as the techs about telling me I was quoted wrong and they did a very thorough analysis of my car to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and what was wrong with my car. Jayden was extremely helpful, he gave me a ride to work and made sure my car was taken care of in a fast manner and even set up a delivery of my car to my work so they made sure I had my car with me before I got off work… all I gotta say is WOW thank you guys I’ll definitely be coming back.”
