“Normally I don’t ever leave reviews for businesses… I’ve had a lot of issues with the Ephrata location. And the Moses lake location exceeded my expectations in customer service, kindness respectfulness and hospitality. Veronica was very informative as well as the techs about telling me I was quoted wrong and they did a very thorough analysis of my car to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and what was wrong with my car. Jayden was extremely helpful, he gave me a ride to work and made sure my car was taken care of in a fast manner and even set up a delivery of my car to my work so they made sure I had my car with me before I got off work… all I gotta say is WOW thank you guys I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Great place!! Not only was our flat repaired quickly, but this was a busy, yet friendly environment. Everyone from the intake desk to the shop workers were pleasant. We were traveling across Washington and our trip was interrupted by a flat tire. They were extremely accommodating to take care of our non-scheduled repair quickly for out-of-state travelers on a busy day.
The waiting area was large, clean, and pleasant. There was ice water and coffee and popcorn. The restrooms were VERY clean. (The best I've seen on our 3,000+ mile trip!). And we were amazed that the tire repair was complimentary!”

Today had a wrecked tire, called them asking if they had replacements in stock. One hour later I'm driving out with my replacement tires.”
