“I went after browsing the online site(which is awesome and easy to use) and finding a vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival I was not approached immediately. So you don't have to worry about push salesmen. Once I spoke to the brothers who own it I was treated very well. The car I wanted had some issues and they were very open about it, they even tried to convince me to get something else because of it. I found this to be very admirable. The buying process was so quick, I mean I felt like I was getting it for free. They have great prices and a small warranty on most vehicles. Highly recommend them!”

“READ TO THE END FOR AN UNUSUALLY HAPPY ENDING!MUCH PROPS TO DANIEL FOR MAKING THE DIFFERENCE!Purchased a used vehicle with Daniel at the Premier Auto Group, Moses Lake location 5 days ago. The car wouldn't start the same day I brought it home but I was able to play with the key fob to get it to start with some great help from Daniel. Fast forward 3 days to yesterday. I pulled up to the gas pump, gassed the car up, and went to start it and it wouldn't start then I started to smell burnt wires. I called the dealership and they said to take the keys and lock it up and that the owner would contact me the following day. Daniel contacted me the following day (which was his day off btw....) and arranged to have me tow the car back to the car lot in Moses Lake, WA which I did. We came to a mutual agreement where both parties were happy which says a lot for the business! Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from Premier Auto Group this time around, I will MOST DEFINITELY go see Daniel again simply because of his dedication and follow-thru. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DANIEL AND THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!”
