Excellent service as always and reasonably priced. They always do their best to get my m2 in/out as fast as possible plus they've got a great waiting room with a shower and restrooms!

In and out in about 15 minutes. Came to replace a broken mud flap on a trailer and the price was ridiculously low. Nice staff and they have clean restrooms, a shower and a nice waiting area.

They charged us $4,058 for diagnostics but they still don’t know what the problem is. They made us pay $250 per hour for labor plus tax and we still had to tow our truck from there. It’s complete stupidity. Supposedly a Freightliner service but they clearly have no idea what they’re doing.
It’s a complete scam!

I have a new-to-me 2004 Monaco Safari Panther, 42ft, tag axel, great coach. I thought I was having issues with trailer brakes and cruise control, and, at the suggestion of my RV Shop, I took it to Freightliner NW in Mt Vernon, WA. Being a new customer with a product that was no longer being manufactured and difficult to support (let alone anything Monaco is not a fav of the shop-out of business 2009), they took me in and dug into the issues. After a test drive, it was determined cruise control was working fine. I was just unaware that the engine brake needed to be off to engage CC. My bad. Guess I missed that detail from the seller.😮
Second, they put their top guy on the brake issue, and he dug in. I have some schematics and manuals I shared, but the troubleshooting was a bit complex (no external support team to lean on). I had hooked up the car trailer to the coach previously for a test run, and the brakes were in constant full application and drug a flat spot on a couple of the tires. Once I realized this, I disconnected the harness and limped home. The tech didn't find a problem. It appears the 7-Pin may be wired for a stacker or similar trailer with air brakes and provides a constant +12VDC to the trailer brakes pin. More analysis required (YouTube, here I come!).
Next visit was for annual service. I have few maintenance records on the coach from its previous owners, so it's lube, oil, and filters, Lots of filters. The shop was not so busy, so I got to chat with the techs and get, more or less, a walk around from the pros on what and where for my vehicle. They did find a leaking seal on the driver side tag axle and replaced it. It has been a while since servicing was done based on the rusty surfaces of most of the filters. Spent most of the day with these folks. I couldn't be more satisfied with the performance!
From the initial contact through all the servicing, they made me feel welcome, answered all my questions, showed me around the coach, and even included me in lunch venue (they had a meeting, I rode along to the store to get something), made me feel at home and at ease. From my point of view, I have found a shop I trust to perform maintenance and servicing on my pusher. I find them all honest, professional, and courteous throughout the entire time I was there. Issues were presented and explained every step of the way when they were found.
Have a big motorhome or truck? You might consider trusting your servicing and maintenance to Freightliner NW/Gordon Truck Center in Mt Vernon, WA. Friendly, competent, and trustworthy. I did, and I will again!

I hate to give bad reviews, but I have no choice because i thought my warranty will cover the cost but other than that i would never trust dealer services. They took 6 hours as they stated ( 100% false statement) to check my god damn truck and to make it work they said well ( the ignition switch need to get replaced ) they did! I went there to pick up the truck, ripped me off almost 1700$ and they believe it did work but it’s not!!! After 14 miles it broke down again same issue, i called them and they were so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from their accounting to the mechanic ( plus put under that hundreds line they were throwing words out to convince me that is the problem but it’s not). Finally, i took it to a local mechanic repair my truck within 2 hours for only 500$, and saved me a lot of time and effort to deal with this situation. I was very disappointed with this dealership ( DON’T EVER GO AND GET SCAMMED BY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONALITY AND WORK ) poor service, wasted money, took them for ever to figure out what was the problem but will never fix it. Be advised!

SCAM SCAM SCAM WATCH OUT
i dropped the truck to check on a fues box they called me after two hours and they asked to add four more hours for troubleshooting and they said the problem is the switch ignition after I paid $1664 after I pick the truck up the same issues come on. And they said we can check out the truck again but we will charge you again.
David said he guess is the wiring problem but we need to charge you again to check it out.
How come they don’t find out the issues after 6 hours checking the all wire.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE THEY JUST WAMT TO CHARGE YOU WITHOUT ANY SERVICE

The crew at Mount Vernon went above and beyond , especially Gary. I had a rock break out my rear driver window and needed to clean it up and make it safe to drive back to the plant. Thanks for making a tough situation a little less stressful. Great job!!
