No customer service, stood by waiting for help with no acknowledgement by many employees The place is run down in bad shape, needs a remodel.

Bought a dishwasher paid for it to have installed and now I cannot contact them. The phone system is the WORST I might be forced to cancel my $1000 order and try Home Depot

Don't get keys made here. They will never make them. Most employees are standing around in group chats. Very little customer service. Most things over priced.
