“I asked the young lady who helped me with some upgrade information and paying a bill. The store was decently busy. Although there was a few minor complications with what another customer needed and something wasn't working correctly, Miss Ellenise, (sorry if I butchered the spelling or heard you wrong), worked through the issue, and didn't get flustered when something didn't work. Both of the ladies in the store were very helpful, polite, and seemed to enjoy your work. Coming from someone who has begun traveling a lot recently? It was excellent customer service with a smile from both ladies. You don't see that much anymore, Cricket Wireless, these two need a raise, don't overlook employees like them. If you do? The company will surely suffer. Thank you for the pleasant, hassle-free experience .”
“After two days and many calls to customer care trying to switch from a prepaid plan to post paid plan on my own I went into the store and Tate was able to take care of it within about 15 minutes. All three of the men working were incredibly helpful and super nice.”
