“Been here for like almost 10 years now they want me to go T-Mobile I don't know why it's 3rd month now I pay the bill and they try to move me to T-Mobile .The old staff was really nice Dee was helping us like 6 years now but now I am scared to go to store because all they say is move to T-Mobile and get free iPhone I don't want anything there is a reason I got metro so I don't want contract. I am giving 5star because they always help me but I don't like this new idea of moving

“I lost my phone on Wednesday night and went to the store at 9am sharp when Cindy was able to go far and beyond in helping me with my dilema. Knowing that I was nervous and pissed about my situation she not only calmed me the F down and promised me she would handle the matter to the best of her ability Cindy delivered with extreme patience and professionalism. ATT and that store in particular should be very proud in have a co-worker/ employee like her.. I walked out 10 times happier than I ever thought I would be.”

I was having an absolutely horrible day with my phone situation and she did everything she could possibly think of to try to help me. Even though she wasn’t capable of fixing my specific problem at a retail store level, she was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of pointers, and knew to send me to the corporate location, which ultimately solved the problem.
