“Very nice shop in all aspects of the word. Clean store, nice lay out, and good prices. The gentleman that was working, thinking the owner, gave me the best customer service I have received in quite awhile, considering that because of my budget, I ask allot of questions. He never once made me feel like I was annoying him and he answered all my questions without letting out a frustration deep breath and releasing it with obvious sounds of a someone who is being an annoyed. He smiled the whole time and made me feel ok and comfortable with being on a tight budget. So go here if you want all the good good in a smoke shop”

“I forgot to get her name, but there was a girl with lots of piercings who helped me out and she was amazing. I was having an absolutely horrible day with my phone situation and she did everything she could possibly think of to try to help me. Even though she wasn’t capable of fixing my specific problem at a retail store level, she was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of pointers, and knew to send me to the corporate location, which ultimately solved the problem. Her attitude during the whole interaction was a really bright spot in a really long day, even though I kept her busy all the way to close. Thank you :)”

“Katie went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience and received the best value from T-Mobile. What made our experience even more special was that Katie speaks perfect Mandarin. Being able to communicate with her in our native language immediately made us feel comfortable and connected. She took the time to understand our needs, helped us find a great deal on a new cellphone, and even went the extra mile to help transfer our data and applications to the new phone. Thank you so much, Katie, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service. You made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable, and you truly left a warm and lasting impression on us. We really appreciate everything you did!”

“Specifically this review is in thanks to Zeus, who worked through a very complicated problem with me for over an hour. Other T-Mobile representatives at this store would have told me I needed to wait 72 business hours and come back if I still had problems. Zeus was persistent and kept working to problem solve and amazed me by not giving up and treating the problem as if it were his own. Thank you so much for excellent customer service!!”

“My last experience at this store was absolutely amazing. To say customer service was the number one. Focus is an understatement. Zi and Gabriella went out of their way to make sure that I walked out with a phone after mine was stolen. I was in desperate need since everything was attached to my phone and I didn’t have my wallet anymore either. Thank you to Zi and the staff… You guys are absolutely amazing and I look forward to coming in again soon when I need to upgrade.”

“I’m a 90 year old clod most adept at screwing up devices. I would be without devices: 3 apples, 1PC plus a new Kobo reader and 2 LG tablets with the help from the TMobilers who have solved problems and taught me generously and well in more than a dozen visits in the last decade.”

“Byron was very personable, funny and a great salesman. I went in to buy a new phone after damaging my old one and he helped me know my options (explaining I had insurance/coverage on the phone and how to make a claim) and the deals available with my new phone. When it was taking forever for my information to transfer he was flexible in allowing me to leave and return. I got my new phone and everything is solved. Great experience!”
