“We drove down from Bellingham (since there's no Hallmark in Whatcom county!) to go to Fran's Hallmark, which is located here. (Hallmark is in the front, pharmacy is towards the back). They have an excellent selection of gift items (for all seasons), Christmas ornaments and decorations, cards, and whatnot. Parking is on the street or in the lot in back of the building.”
