“First off I don’t write too many Google reviews unless the establishment really impressed me or the opposite! In this case I was so pleased with the service I received on my 2017 F150! The look of the repair is flawless! You would never be able to tell where the damage was! The price I was quoted and the price I charged at the end was the exact same. No funny business there claiming unforeseen circumstances raised the price! They even did some small requests and didn’t charge me even though it wasn’t part of the quote. (I asked if they could pull off a couple stock decals). When a shop takes your car for a period of time it can be a major Inconvenience so getting the work started and complete in a timely manner is big deal and I was more than satisfied with the time frame. Lastly and maybe the most important to me was the constant communication. I’m a texter like so many people are. Anytime I asked a question or request EVEN OVER TEXT they responded almost immediately. In the service industry so many issues would be solved with communication. Which for some reason is lacking in today’s world when it literally takes 10 seconds . Hopefully I never have to see them again but if I do need work done on my truck again I will definitely be calling them first”

“This afternoon my Nissan LEAF freaked out and would not start. Jack from Dick's Towing did a really great job. He arrived to the parking lot where I was stuck exactly when he said he would, and then he did a really remarkable job getting my car on the flatbed truck. I am so impressed. You cannot get an electric car into neutral without the power working, there's no bypass or manual, since the controls are electronic rather than mechanical. Not only that, but I had parked with the locked front wheels towards the curb on the sidewalk, and there was not room behind my car to fit the flatbed lined up. I couldn't imagine how he was going to do it, but he seemed calm and confident, which made me feel better. He put plastic skids under all four wheels, used a hammer to scoot them under the tires. Then he got the truck into position so the back of the flatbed was at an angle towards the back of my car. And then he positioned and repositioned a pulley for the winch and was able to gradually scoot my car into a position so it could be safely pulled on to the flatbed. I wish I'd filmed it. Really, he acted like it was no big deal, but it amazed me. And, as if that wasn't enough, Jack asked his dispatcher (or whatever they are) and was able to give me a ride, when the garage shuttle service was closed for the evening. I am so grateful.”
