“Bruce is always friendly and helpful and they really keeps his customers in mind when stocking the market, they take note of us locals and just like we depend on the market they depend on us. It’s a beautiful little corner store that I always prefer over the chain gas station convenience.”

In the morning, the guy knows what drinks I like and will remind me in case I forget, which is freaking awesome because it’s so early and who remembers things like my favorite drink. My boyfriend doesn’t even remember my favorite drink yet the employees at the store remember… so yeah I love the selection and it’s open really early and late till 11 PM. I will literally get there at 10:55 PM… I am not the best customer and these people treat me and everyone else so nice and they’re so happy.”

“It's okay. The thrash and curb appeal is taken care off very poorly. Food is fresh. Only thing I like about it. Gas is cheap. The worker is always there. There's no excuse such as short staff. When I came there 3am or 1:20am or 8am or 11:33pm random times. There's always somebody there to help me. 5 stars for being at service 4 stars for presentation of exterior.”
“We stopped by Jackson’s Shell Gas Station at 6602 in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, on our way north toward Canada. It’s a convenient stop when you need gas, a restroom, and a quick snack. The store itself is pretty clean, with a solid selection of drinks and snacks, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
One thing to note is the restroom—it’s an outhouse-style bathroom that both men and women share, and you have to get the key from inside the store. While the store overall is nice, the shared bathroom could use some attention since it lacked toilet paper.
One thing I really like about this Shell station is their deal on Starbucks espresso drinks—two for six dollars. They’re a good size and a perfect pick-me-up for the road. So, aside from the shared restroom issue, it’s a pretty good stop, and I’d give them a four-star review.”
“I live in the nearby apartments and have been coming to this 7-Eleven at all hours, and I’ve always had a good experience. The customer service has consistently been what I expect: simple, respectful, and efficient.
People complain about prices, but this is a convenience store—of course, it’s going to be a little higher. You’re paying for convenience, and that’s exactly what it offers.
I’ve also seen complaints about the door being locked at times, but I’ve personally never had an issue. If anything, I understand it; it’s for safety, especially with the light rail nearby and more late-night activity in the area.
The employees deserve more credit. They show up, do their job, and deal with all kinds of people. Customers can be very rude and impatient, and it’s not easy. They don’t get paid extra to smile, yet many of them still treat people with respect.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because there’s room for improvement with cleanliness. Other than that, I appreciate having this store close by; it’s reliable, convenient, and the staff works hard.”
