“Super cool tunnel wash option. A less busier option than the larger/cooler location east across I-5. Pretty neat with 3 solid options to choose from. Convenient location in a busy area with option to self-serve. I think I got the basic or medium one. For a light-medium soiled car like my early-gen small SUV (Subaru Forester), it did a great job. I especially like the softer bristles & slower spin (compared to most competition) which I think is perfectly adequate for loosening your every-day dust & grime AND in addition to less cabin noise and I think saves their energy bill. I do recommend all folding mirrors fold in to avoid accidental mirror damage (one of mine flipped forward); normally I do it or ask staff to do it but they forgot. during the drying area be ready to turn right in the narrow exit (stone wall against left corner). Staff was ok.”
“I only stopped in because my splash guard was slapping the under side of my van. They were super nice, helpful, and quickly fixed my problem and got me back on the road in no time. Not a typical transaction for the business, but a pleasant one nonetheless.”

“This is, by far, the best car wash I have been to. It was fast, and it did an amazing job cleaning my Palisade. Free vacuums, plenty of microfiber rags. I don't have a covered spot, and my cars get plenty of stuff from the trees and dirt road at my house, so I will definitely be coming back to this brown bear.”

“For a car wash this place is pretty dirty. People like to just throw their trash everywhere and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen drug deals go on by the vacuums. But I’m able to clean my car so it serves its purpose, just prepare for some sketchy people while you do it.”

“They just recently got a touchless carwash. The touchless car wash machine was absolutely great but the speaker system that tells you what is going on is ungodly loud. Also I've been told from many of my friends that you can get 110 octane here, for those aggressively tuned engines.”

“Always enjoy coming to this Brown Bear Location on my way to and from school. Due to the multiple stalls, the wait is often minimal. The grounds around the wash are kept clean. All of the equipment is easy to use and comes at a cheap price compared to most other washes. As long as you perform a touch less wash, your car will come out perfect. As others have mentioned, the water pressure is fantastic and the soap is never skimpy.”

“Awesome!! The service is amazing. They pre-rinse and brush the car before it goes into the wash, then hand dry it and wash the wheels after it comes out. For the same price as any other automatic car wash but you get those extras. They also have vacuum stations for $3 and take cards.
