“HIGHLY RECOMMEND Remedy Athletics to literally anyone who wants to prioritize their health, no matter where they’re at in life or their health journey. I’ve been attending for 3ish months and can wholeheartedly say it has already changed my life for the better, both my physical health and mental health have benefited greatly. ?? I was nervous to start because I had no CrossFit experience and was VERY out of shape, but the coaches are AMAZING and community is so welcoming and encouraging! One of the best things about this gym/the coaches is that they meet you where you’re at, meaning sometimes the workouts might call for a movement or weight you can’t do, but they ALWAYS have and offer multiple options of ways you can modify/scale the workout to fit your physical capabilities. No one I’ve encountered at Remedy (staff or member) has ever given off any judgmental vibes or been anything other than kind and supportive when myself or someone else in a class is struggling, which is definitely something that sets this gym apart from others. If you’re on the fence, I would highly recommend just trying a class- your future self will thank you! ?”

Industrious has been exactly that—and more. The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming and uplifting. “My wife and I were traveling in the area and we wanted a place to get our CrossFit fix. Lynnwood CrossFit was fairly close to the hotel we were staying in and their website was very helpful with good information about class schedule and what workout to expect. We went to a 7am class where they were training squat cleans. The instructor was an experienced level 2 who had been doing CrossFit over a decade. The owner was helping private clients but made sure to say hello to us. The class was fun, the community welcoming, and the equipment was fairly clean and well maintained. This is a good example of a well run local CrossFit box.”
“I'm retired and had a friend who had been attending an Orange Theory Fitness center at a different location and recommended I check it out. I started slowly by going only 1-2 x / week and found the staff and coaches to be incredibly nice, supportive, and encouraging. I really appreciate the variety and the fact that I don't need to know how to maximize my workout.....all I need to do is what the coaches tell me to strive for as each workout continues. After a few months, I decided to increase my workout frequency to 5-6 times per week and, at 68, am more fit than I have ever been in my life! I can always count on OTF to be a positive part of every day. I appreciate them all and would highly recommend that anyone interested in improving their level of fitness, check them out.”

“I got to go to my first trial class today, and I’m not one to write a review unless I am moved enough to be able to feel like it’s something people need to know about.I had a great time, the class was fun, the trainers and owners were encouraging and the regular clients were fun to talk to as well. I noticed that everyone that was there was having fun and it seemed like there’s been a little community built there, and best of all it’s welcoming to anyone who stops in for a trial. I had spent a lot of time researching what the best investment of my money would be and settled on a smaller family owned gym with experienced professionals which is mentioned to be the best value for what you get, and super fit did not disappoint.If you want a great value, a welcoming environment and trainers that care to make you feel like you belong and love dogs this is the place for you.If you can’t stand dogs, being around friendly people or taking instruction this is not the place for you.”

“Ray is an amazing sculptor. A very intellectual one too. Today, we focus on the arm. He explained the importance of the anterior, lateral, and posterior regions and we find areas where I need to improve on.I love collaborating with Ray because he is very, VERY knowledgeable. He can breakdown your workouts into simple formats and he can explain things into science when necessary.Our communication was amazing! When I have an injury, I say it. And the moment I say it, he immediately knows what to do and he shifts gears to work around it.I even mentioned about my left knee ACL surgery and guess what? He helped me work around that too! My goal was to get back into shuffling (electronic music dance form) and he pinpointed the areas where I need to work on most in order for me to effectively get back into my goal.He is such an amazing Trainer. The team is very welcoming and it feels like a second family.”

At F45 Lynnwood I've not only learned how to push my body to its max, gotten way stronger and learned an incredible amount about fitness, I've also found friends in the coaches and other members who enrich my life and are now near and dear to my heart. F45 is always happy to see you even if it's been a while, or you're accidentally a few minutes late. They meet you where you're at and cheer you on. It's truly a life changing gym!”
