Would have gotten five stars but their staff is kind of garbage. Not exactly helpful, kind of rude, kind of just in their own thing doing their own thing like they're at high school or something and like don't believe they have to help customers or customer service. Otherwise I would have given it five stars but their customer service is kind of trash to be honest I can't put it any nicer than that. “I was so impressed by everything about this store. My Spouse is thin and his bones don't have any fat shielding W them so it can be uncomfortable to sleep on a firm Hey mattress. We went in today and Allison and Amber could not have been more helpful in explaining to us the options for toppers and offering the opportunity to lie down on the beds for as long as necessary to determine the best match. Rarely does one feel this welcome and their needs cared for with such professionalism and kindness. Their products may be a bit more expensive than the cheapest things you can get online, but we have been burned so many times buying things online and having them arrive very late, very damaged, and in the case of an expensive lamp, missing critical pieces. So in my opinion, it's worth it to go to a real brick and mortar store and see what you are buying as opposed to buying a pig in the poke, hoping for the best and then having to weeks or months to rectify the situation.”

“HUGE shout out to my man Jesse. If you go this store, you will likely run into him and he will be working his butt off. He helped us design our kitchen with cabinets and countertops. He was always trying to problem solve our restrictions. He thought about a ton of scenarios we overlooked. He was always looking to save us the most money by keeping in contact about new sales. While installing the cabinets he took every single one of our calls and got the information we needed. This store is lucky to have him.
Also, please hire more people at this Lowes. It is becoming a very common occurrence where departments just don't have someone during peak hours of the day.”
“I work at Alderwood mall, this is my favorite place to go on breaks as it’s filled with small trinkets and high end gifts for loved ones. It’s like a one stop shop. I like to not be bothered while shopping, the workers are not overwhelming, they don’t ask you if you need anything , as the store is quite overwhelming it self, but in a glorious way. There is something for everyone at fireworks. I’ve never been met with unfriendliness at this location. Will probably be back tomorrow!”
