“John was a great salesman to work with. He was personable and tried to really understand what we wanted . He didn't try to get us to look at reclining chairs that were not the size we wanted. He also helped us understand how to fit a chair to our size.”
“Love this store, but I’m extremely bummed they got rid of the 20% off for members. I drive all the way from beacon hill because of that discount. I don’t think It’s worth it to just get 10% off… I really hope you rethink that decision for members. I used to send so many people here for that.”
“Chris and Veronica were such a pleasure to work with. They are professional, competent and friendly. Everything that I expect when working with retail. If you are looking for assistance with your lighting needs, definitely give Chris and Veronica a call.”
“Jacob was super helpful and worked a miracle for us! I called at about an hour and a half before closing and needed to pick up a couch same day within my budget. Not only did Jacob help find a great option that met all of my needs, but he also stayed late to make sure I could get it loaded up and moved that same evening. The couch is also super comfy and works perfectly in my living room. Come see Jacob at Ashley for your furniture needs, you won’t be disappointed.”
“Recently got a couch from them. Great price and great product. Good delivery and set up, super fast and the guys were problem solvers. Shout out to Annalyce for all her help when picking out the right couch!! I will be back for other furniture needs!”
“What a delightful antique mall!! The perfect size for an afternoon of hunting for treasure, booths catering to many different tastes from midcentury atomic craze, to Victorian and Edwardian antiques, to farmhouse kitsch, folk art, and more. Nearly every booth had shockingly good bargains and the shopkeeper was attentive, making rounds every so often and offering to hold our finds for us up at the counter to free our hands up for more digging (but not in the suspicious way many antique store owners seem to have). I came to hunt for UV reactive depression glass and I did not leave empty handed! There were treasures hiding all over this place, some identified and fairly priced, some flying under the radar and priced at a steal. We also enjoyed the big wall of antique books, as well as digging through some of the vintage clothing booths. Would absolutely visit here again!”
“I recently bought a reclining sectional from Dania and had the most pleasant experience. I was helped by Sheryl and Megan, and both were very approachable, friendly, and answered all my questions without being pushy. We will definitely be coming back ❤️”
“They had a great selection of nicely glazed thick walled pots. Much of their selection was on the larger size, with only a few smaller pot options, but there was still a good variety to choose from. Their staff were very helpful and attentive.”
“On my last visit I sought out a riding cart. It was old and manual. The manager called a young man to push me. He did and we had a delightful time as I shopped. I know Hobby Lobby has its critics but I for one like it a lot.”
“I was over the top impressed with the associate, Jax, who helped me with my purchase at The Alderwood Mall location. I've always loved this store and have visited many locations. However, I've never had an experience like the one Jax gave me. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I left there a completely satisfied customer. I was also truly delighted with all their merchandise. They have the most amazing and beautiful items. There's always an abundance of items that catch my eye that I want to purchase. Thank you Made In Washington and thank you Jax.”
“I go here frequently as the offerings change constantly for the seasons. The staff are always helpful and very friendly, they seem actually happy to be there.
If you want to try snacks from other countries, get a quality pasta sauce, or find some unique decor this is definitely the place to go!”
“Another retailer that I really enjoy purchasing from. Customer service is the name of there game here. Even if my desired products aren't in stock any given day, I still get high above average customer service always feeling like my questions or requests are taken seriously and action is taken to locate whatever looking for here. I need to say great job to the training managers for the protocols implemented to handle customer's needs. Thank you HobbyLobby staff your great customer service will keep us coming back again and again!!!”
“Sleep Number is the only type of bed I'll own, so when I needed a new bed, I headed straight to the store in Alderwood. It's easy to find and in an area with decent parking. I was helped by Kevin, who made an otherwise stressful purchase a piece of cake. He listened to my needs and budget and got me into a higher-level bed than I thought I could afford--with an adjustable frame as a major bonus! Kevin was kind, approachable, funny, knowledgeable, and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. He was even able to help when there was a slight snafu with delivery timing. I strongly recommend Sleep Number, specifically the Alderwood location, if you're in the Seattle-area and in the market for a new bed.”
“The variety of merchandise is amazing. Beautiful ideas for gifts, home decor, clothing and so much more. The owner Mary has a wonderful eye for what you will love!”

“OHHH we need 5 GOLD stars for this GEM in downtown, Edmonds! So personal and wonderful and beautifully curated - special touches by local artists - this is my husband's go-to for birthdays, holidays and anniversaries!”
“Honestly, have been satisfied with the service experience and customer handling for years now. Everything is available at the store you require and need, cross buying and selling and returning is easy. It’s the way to go for any contractor. Also, handling your customers in store with one of their professionals. It’s a breeze and helps, win the project and helps your own brand. Always a positive experience with Manny and team!”
“My husband and I received excellent advice and help from Rosalva at the Lynnwood Ethan Allen. She helped with the many final details of our purchase and we truly appreciated her design sense, her professionalism, and her positive attitude. Her opinions and suggestions were instructive in our final decisions and we are very excited about our final choices. Many thanks to Rosalva.”
“Great store with nice clothes for the ladies but it has cool kitchen gifts and trendy NW cookbooks. They always do a great job with seasonal merchandising. Nice local spot!”
“If you have fond memories of shopping at Hallmark stores in the past, you will love Trudy's Hallmark Shop. If you are one of those people who starts thinking about Christmas a few days after Easter, you will also love Trudy's Hallmark Shop. The wall of Christmas ornaments brought back the wonder I used to feel as a kid. We found many fun, unique gift items to get a start on our holiday shopping. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very nice and helpful.”
“I was so impressed by everything about this store. My Spouse is thin and his bones don't have any fat shielding W them so it can be uncomfortable to sleep on a firm Hey mattress. We went in today and Allison and Amber could not have been more helpful in explaining to us the options for toppers and offering the opportunity to lie down on the beds for as long as necessary to determine the best match. Rarely does one feel this welcome and their needs cared for with such professionalism and kindness. Their products may be a bit more expensive than the cheapest things you can get online, but we have been burned so many times buying things online and having them arrive very late, very damaged, and in the case of an expensive lamp, missing critical pieces. So in my opinion, it's worth it to go to a real brick and mortar store and see what you are buying as opposed to buying a pig in the poke, hoping for the best and then having to weeks or months to rectify the situation.”
“This place is great, and a smart concept. Often have found the perfect piece of furniture for someone moving. Inventory changes often, easy parking for loading. Do the right thing, shop here.”

“This is such a beautiful store! I love the prayer request book by the dressing rooms, that is very sweet and made me very happy to see. The staff was very kind, the store was well organized, the clothes are absolutely stunning and the quality feels great!”
“Many thanks to Justine, who provided outstanding customer service and helped me choose just the right piece to complement my existing (Furniture World) sectional. She was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.”
“Employees are super helpful and friendly :) They always give me great advice on any projects I'm working on, always know where I can find any item, and on multiple occasions have gone out of their way to help me. Their attitude really makes a difference and I always prefer this location!”

“There is never any rudeness so your friends daughter should have been supervised by a responsible adult! Most fabrics are linen and don't need to be touched by children! Please take note!”
“My daughter and I came in to shop at this location and got help from CJ. She was so polite and professional. She kept busy making sure the store was looking tidy but always being attentive and aware of her customers! Great store CJ is a great asset to UO.”
“I really loved the well-crafted mid-century design of the furniture, atmosphere, & customer service. Betty helped me over multiple days, brought stuff out of the warehouse for me to look at, & offered to house furniture for free until I was ready for it to be delivered. Furniture looks like it will last for many years. Highly recommend.”
“For people complaining about lack of employees, corporate dictates their labor hours and only allots them enough for about 2-4 workers at any given time. Try to consider that next time the line is "too long" or wait times are "too slow"”
“5/5… 10/10 if you’re a truck driver. The unloader “a very nice man with glasses and distinguished gray hair”. (Wish I got his name) very fast and professional. Thank you sir.”
